Terms and Conditions

This Samsung promotion „Galaxy Watch8 | Watch8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) pre-order" (hereinafter referred to as the „Promotion") is organized by Samsung Electronics GmbH, Frankfurter Straße 2, 65760 Eschborn, Germany (hereinafter „Samsung").

This promotion is valid for new products purchased from a retailer/network operator in Germany, both offline and online (including the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App (without tariff)), with an eligible EAN („Promotional Devices"):

1. Eligibility and Participation Requirements

1.1 Participants must be private end customers aged 18 or over. Private sales/purchases, as well as sales/purchases via online auctions and sales/purchases of used devices, are excluded from the promotion. The promotion is only valid for promotional devices that are in stock or immediately available.

1.2 The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns from Samsung and employee portals. Devices purchased as part of another Samsung promotion or received as a bonus are also excluded.

1.3 Participation in the promotion is limited to one promotional device per promotional device as defined in Section 2.2. Each household can participate with a maximum of three promotional devices.

1.4 To participate in the promotion, participants must have a Samsung Account. The General Terms of Use at https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/termscontents?paramLocale=de_DE apply and are an integral part of these terms and conditions.

1.5 Furthermore, participants must have an N26 bank account integrated into their Samsung Wallet or possess a Samsung Pay Card to participate in the promotion. If participants have neither an N26 bank account nor a Samsung Pay Card, participants who purchase a participating Galaxy Watch8 | Watch 8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) during the promotion period (July 9 - July 24, 2025) and open a free bank account as a new customer with N26 will receive an additional separate payment of 30 Euros via N26. 2. Promotion Execution

2.1 The promotion begins on July 9, 2025, for retailers/network operators based in Germany and ends on July 24, 2025 („Promotion Period").

2.2 To participate in the promotion, participants must pre-order a new promotional device according to the table above within the promotion period from a participating retailer/network operator or the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App (without tariff). The model code and EAN are printed on the product packaging and can be inquired about from participating retailers/network operators. Customers purchasing a promotional device and wishing to participate in this promotion must verify before purchase that the device they are acquiring meets the participation requirements, especially whether the model code and EAN match the list above. Participating retailers/network operators can provide information on the model code and EAN of the selected device. Identical devices with non-eligible model codes or EANs are not eligible for this promotion.

2.3 Upon receipt of the promotional device from a participating retailer/network operator (including Samsung Online Shop/Shop App), participants must register as detailed in Section 3.1 below to receive one of the following credits to their N26 bank account or Samsung Pay Card, depending on the promotional device („Bonus"):

3. Promotion Mechanics

3.1 Participants must register to receive the bonus starting from July 25, 2025, until August 28, 2025 („Exclusion Period"). Registration must be completed at samsung.de/watch-vorbestellen, providing contact details, the IMEI/serial number of the promotional device, and the proof of purchase (for purchases from physical retailers) or order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), as well as an IBAN for the N26 bank account or the Samsung Pay Card. Late registrations will not be considered and do not entitle participants to the bonus. Participants will typically receive the bonus as a credit to their N26 bank account integrated into their Wallet or their Samsung Pay Card within 45 business days after registration. The cashback payment will reduce any initially claimed input tax amount. Cash payment or sending a check is excluded. Following registration, participants will also be asked (if permissible) to rate the promotional device. Providing this rating is voluntary and does not affect the receipt of the bonus. This process also applies to promotional devices purchased through the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App.

3.2 In the event of a final return of the promotional device, the participant undertakes to repay the received bonus to Samsung.

3.3 The participant undertakes not to sell or otherwise transfer the promotional device to third parties during the registration period (until August 28, 2025), provided that a registration for this promotional device has already taken place.

4. Exclusion from the Promotion

4.1 Participants who provide incomplete information during the registration period as per Section 3.1 and/or submit incomplete documents will be excluded from the promotion. Samsung may notify participants via email or mail and request them to provide complete documents within seven days. If a participant fails to comply with this request within the specified period or submits incomplete documents again, they will also be excluded from participation.

4.2 Samsung reserves the right to request original proof of purchase and to inspect it, to check all registrations for compliance with these terms and conditions, and to request missing documents if necessary.

4.3 Samsung is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate these terms and conditions or do not meet the participation requirements; provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use unfair means; manipulate or attempt to manipulate the promotion; and/or participate in the promotion more often than permitted by these terms and conditions or attempt to do so.

4.4 In case of an exclusion reason, Samsung is entitled – even retroactively – to reclaim already issued bonuses and/or demand compensation for their value.

5. Liability

5.1 Samsung assumes no liability for the availability of any links and for the participant's ability to access them technically without errors and completely. In particular, within the legal limits, no liability is assumed for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions or delays, viruses, or similar causes.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 By registering as per Section 3.1, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

6.2 Samsung is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the terms and conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices, or the exhaustion of the budget allocated for the promotion, and in cases where the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the terms and conditions, participants will be promptly notified via email; participants will be given a reasonable period to object to the new terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will be considered approved if participants do not object within the period. Participants may not refuse their consent without substantial reason.

6.3 Customers are entitled to withdraw from the promotion at any time by sending an email with the subject „Galaxy Watch8 | Watch8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) pre-order" to aktionen@samsung.de and thus waive the bonus.

6.4 If a provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes partially or wholly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by one that is legally permissible and comes closest to the invalid provision in content. The same applies to any gaps in regulation.

6.5 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
