In the event the complimentary gift is out of stock, customers may still proceed with their main item order. The main item will be fulfilled, but no further claims for the gift(s) will be accepted.

Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses, delays, or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Offer.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
By participating in this Offer, the customer agrees that any dispute, of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions, shall be subject to, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
