Safety First: Preventing Tip-Over

Furniture tip-over can cause serious or fatal crushing injuries. To prevent this, the PLATSA unit MUST be secured to the wall using the provided wall attachment devices.
Important Note: Screws and wall plugs suitable for your specific wall type are NOT included. Always use screws and plugs appropriate for your walls. If you are unsure, consult a professional. Read and follow all instructions carefully.

Assembling the PLATSA Unit
Step 1: Constructing the Frame
Attach the side panels to the base panel using screws (#114142) and the Allen key. Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels. Attach the second side panel. Secure the top panel using screws (#100092) and washers (#10042534).
Step 2: Inserting Shelves
Slide the shelves into the designated slots within the assembled frame. Ensure they are seated correctly.
Securing to the Wall
Step 3: Attaching Wall Brackets
Attach the wall mounting brackets (#10044713, #10100447, #10128308) to the top rear of the PLATSA unit using screws (#10044727, #10100556). Ensure they click securely into place.
Step 4: Mounting the Unit to the Wall
Position the assembled PLATSA unit against the wall. Mark the wall through the holes in the attached brackets. Use appropriate screws and wall plugs (not included) suitable for your wall type to securely fasten the unit to the wall. Use additional wall anchors (#108736) and brackets (#10042566, #10100681) as needed for secure wall mounting.
Stacking PLATSA Units (Optional)
Step 5: Connecting Units
If stacking multiple PLATSA units, carefully place the upper unit onto the lower unit. Align the connection points.
Secure the stacked units together using the provided connecting hardware (e.g., bolts #108736 and associated fasteners). Ensure a stable connection.
Step 6: Height Limit
Do not exceed a maximum stacking height of 300 cm (118 7/64 inches).
