Installation
- Unpack the product and open the top cover.
- Make cable connections accordingly.
- If the product will be mounted on the wall, use the screws and dowels provided in the package.
- The product starts measuring 30 seconds after being energized. It is recommended that the product remains in the environment for at least 5 minutes to obtain stable measurement values.
- It is recommended to use shielded cable for communication to prevent interference with communication signals from external influences.
- Since the communication cable can create resistance, re-check the measurement values after cable installation.
Wiring Diagrams
Analog Output (0-10 V / 4-20 mA):
- Input Power: VDC (12-24)

Modbus RTU Communication Structure
The default RS485 Baud rate for Modbus communication is 9600. Default Stop bit is 1, Parity is NONE. The default Slave ID is 88.
Temperature values are stored in the holding register at address 2 (40003), humidity values at address 3 (40004), and carbon dioxide values at address 4 (40005). Temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide information can be obtained by reading these registers.
Register Map and Default Values
Register Address | Parameter | Default Value | Read/Write | Min Value | Max Value |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
0 (40001) | Slave ID | 88 | R/W | 1 | 247 |
1 (40002) | Baud rate | 3 | R/W | 0 | 8 |
2 (40003) | Temp. Val. | - | R | - | - |
3 (40004) | Hum. Val. | - | R | - | - |
4 (40005) | CO₂ Val. | - | R | - | - |
Slave ID and Baud rate can be changed via Modbus communication. To change the Slave ID, write the desired value to the register at address 0 (40001). To change the Baud rate, write the value corresponding to the desired Baud rate from the table below into the register at address 1 (40002).
Baud Rate Table
- 0: 1200
- 1: 2400
- 2: 4800
- 3: 9600
- 4: 14400
- 5: 19200
- 6: 38400
- 7: 57600
- 8: 115200
Resetting Slave ID and Baud Rate
Press and hold the "Calibration" button to reset the changes made to the Slave ID or Baud rate to their default values. Wait until the Status (green) LED turns off (approximately 30 seconds). After the LED turns off, release the button. This will return the Slave ID and Baud rate to their default settings.
LED Meanings
Indicator | State | Meaning |
---|---|---|
Power (Red) | On | Normal Operating |
Power (Red) | Off | No Energy (Error) |
Status (Green) | On | Normal Measurement |
Status (Green) | Off | Measurement Error - Fault |
Before Calibration
- The product is sold as calibrated. Please do not calibrate unless necessary.
- Perform calibration only when it is certain that the product is measuring incorrectly.
- Only carbon dioxide can be calibrated.
- Compare the measurement value of the device with another device or with a clean and open air control.
- If the device measures values outside the range of 350 ppm - 450 ppm in clean and open air, calibration can be performed.
Calibration
- Select a clean and open area away from any carbon dioxide source for carbon dioxide calibration.
- The amount of carbon dioxide in a clean and open area typically varies between 350 ppm - 450 ppm. When calibration is performed, the product sets the current value as 400 ppm.
- Press and hold the "Calibration" button on the product for 5 seconds to start the calibration process. "CAL" will be displayed on the screen, and calibration will be completed with a 10-minute countdown.
