Temperature, Humidity, Carbon Dioxide Transmitter

What is it?

The temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide transmitter measures temperature, relative humidity, and carbon dioxide values precisely and outputs them via analog signals.

How does it work?

It operates with a supply voltage between 12 V DC and 24 V DC. Measurement values are taken from the analog output terminals and transferred to the desired location.

Installation

  1. Unpack the product and open the top cover.
  2. Make cable connections accordingly.
  3. If the product will be mounted on the wall, use the provided screws and dowels.
  4. Measurement begins 30 seconds after the product is energized. It is recommended to keep the product in the environment for at least 5 minutes for stable measurement values.
  5. Use shielded cable for communication to prevent interference from external influences.
  6. Check measurement values again after cable installation, as the communication cable can introduce resistance.

Modbus RTU Communication Structure

Default settings for Modbus RTU communication are: Baud rate 9600, Stop bit: 1, Parity: NONE. Default Slave ID is 88.

Data is stored in holding registers:

Before Calibration

  1. The product is sold calibrated. Do not calibrate unless necessary.
  2. Perform calibration only if the product is confirmed to be measuring incorrectly.
  3. Only Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) can be calibrated.
  4. Compare the device's measurement with another calibrated device or in a clean, open-air environment.
  5. Calibration is recommended if the device measures values outside the 350 ppm - 450 ppm range in clean, open air.

Calibration

  1. Select a clean, open area free from CO₂ sources for calibration.
  2. The CO₂ level in clean, open air typically ranges between 350 ppm and 450 ppm. During calibration, the device will set this value to 400 ppm.
  3. When the "Calibration" button is pressed, the Status (green) LED will blink. Release the button when the LED is fully lit (approximately 10 seconds) to start the calibration process. The Status LED will then blink rapidly, indicating the process is underway. Calibration is complete when the blinking stops.

Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty period for devices and apparatus starts from the invoice date and covers manufacturing defects for 2 years.
  2. Devices are delivered in working condition. On-site commissioning incurs a service fee.
  3. Warranty repairs are performed at the company. Transportation costs for warranty service are covered by the customer.
  4. Maintenance is performed at the company; transportation costs for maintenance are the customer's responsibility.
  5. Malfunctions during the warranty period will be tested by the company to determine the cause (customer or manufacturer fault).
  6. If a manufacturer fault is detected, the customer may request replacement or repair at the manufacturer's expense, provided it does not exceed the product price.
  7. If a customer-induced fault is detected, all costs are borne by the customer.
  8. Customers cannot claim benefits under Article 6 if they were aware of defects at the start of the warranty period or should have been aware.
  9. Failures due to misuse contrary to the user manual are not covered.
  10. Physical damage (beating, breaking, scratching) is not covered.
  11. Use with unapproved third-party devices/models voids the warranty.
  12. Rusting, oxidation, and liquid contact due to working in dusty/acidic/humid environments are not covered.
  13. Transportation damages are not covered unless transportation insurance is purchased.
  14. Damages from mains voltage or faulty electrical installation are not covered.
  15. Force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) are not covered.
  16. All parts of the devices and apparatus are covered by the warranty.
  17. Repair time will be added to the warranty period. Repair time will not exceed 20 working days. Notification of malfunction can be made via phone, fax, email, or registered mail. If a malfunction is not resolved within 20 business days, the manufacturer must provide a replacement with similar characteristics until repair is completed.
  18. Customers may request a refund or price reduction if the product fails repeatedly (4 times/year or 6 times/warranty period) or if repair time exceeds limits, or if the malfunction is irreparable, as confirmed by a service report.
  19. Customers can file complaints with consumer courts or arbitration committees.
  20. The warranty certificate must be kept. Loss of the document will result in fees for repair/replacement.
