Installation

  1. Unpack the product and open the top cover.
  2. Make cable connections accordingly.
  3. If the product will be mounted on the wall, you can use the screws and dowels in the package.
  4. It starts measuring 30 seconds after the product is energized. It is recommended that the product remains in the environment for at least 5 minutes to get healthy measurement values.
  5. It is recommended to use shielded cable as communication cable as it will prevent communication signals from being affected by external influences.
  6. Since the communication cable will create resistance, check the measurement values again after cable installation.

Wiring Diagrams

0-10 V / 4-20 mA Wiring Diagram: Connect the pressure sensor to the designated terminals. Power supply (12-24 V DC) and Ground (GND) are required.

Modbus RTU Wiring Diagram: Connect the Modbus RTU communication lines (A, B) to the designated terminals. Power supply (12-24 V DC) and Ground (GND) are required.

Modbus RTU Communication Structure

RS485 Baud rate is 9600 by default. Stop bit: 1, Parity: NONE. Default Slave ID is 86.

Differential pressure value is kept in the holding register at address 2 (40003). Differential pressure information can be obtained by reading these registers.

Register Map and Default Values

Register AddressDefault ValueRead/WriteMin. ValueMax. Value
Slave ID (40001)86R/W1247
Baud rate (40002)3 (9600)R/W0 (1200)8 (115200)
Pressure Val. (40003)-R--

Slave ID and Baud rate can be changed via Modbus communication by writing to registers 0 (40001) and 1 (40002) respectively. Refer to the table for Baud rate values.

Resetting Modbus Settings: Press and hold the "Calibration" button for approximately 30 seconds until the Status (green) LED turns off to reset Slave ID and Baud rate to their default values.

Before Calibration

  1. The product is sold as calibrated. Do not calibrate unless necessary.
  2. Perform calibration only when it is certain that the product is measuring incorrectly.
  3. Calibration can only be performed on products with 0-10 V and 4-20 mA outputs.
  4. To check if the measurement value is incorrect, disconnect the hoses at the + and - probe ends. Ensure there is no air flow during the process. If the device measurement value is not 0 Pa, calibration can be performed.

Calibration

  1. To perform differential pressure calibration, press and hold the "Calibration" button for 5 seconds. "CAL" will appear on the screen.
  2. Once "0" is displayed, the calibration is completed.
  3. For verification, test again in an environment without air flow.
