Product Image Description

Bluetooth Pairing Instruction
Pairing Process
- Pick up two earbuds from the charging case to power them on. You will hear a "power on" audio cue, and the earbuds' LED lights will flash blue. After a few seconds, they will automatically pair with each other, indicated by two "dong dong" chimes from both earbuds.
- Maintain a distance of within 10 meters between your device and the earbuds for optimal Bluetooth pairing.
- On your device, enable the Bluetooth function, then search for and select the Bluetooth code "Soundmates".
- Upon successful connection, you will hear "device connected," confirming that the Soundmates are ready for use.
Resetting Earbuds
Remark: There are two methods to reset the earbuds. If your Soundmates are not pairing to each other, place them back into the charging case, then remove them again; they will automatically attempt to pair.
Functions
Power On/Off
Power on: Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
Power off: Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
Music/Call Controls
- Previous/Next Song: While music is playing, tap the left earbud three times to skip to the previous song. Tap the right earbud three times to skip to the next song.
- Play/Pause: Tap the right earbud twice to play or pause music playback.
- Answer/End Call: Tap either the right or left earbud twice to answer an incoming call. To end an ongoing call, tap either earbud twice again.
Wake Up Voice Assistant/Siri
Tap the left earbud twice. You will hear a beep, indicating that the Voice Assistant or Siri has been activated and is ready to receive your commands.
Charging
(Ensure the earbuds are fully charged before their first use.)
Charging the Box
- Connect the standard USB charging cable to the charging box and a powered USB port.
- The charging box's LED indicators will begin to flash GREEN while charging.
- The box is fully charged when the light stops flashing and remains a solid GREEN.
Charging the Earbuds
- Place the earbuds back into the charging box.
- The earbuds' LED indicators will turn RED, and the charging box's LED indicators will turn BLUE. Both sets of indicators will turn off once the earbuds are fully charged.
