Tzumi ProBuds™ Series Totally Wireless Earbuds

Product Overview: The Tzumi ProBuds Series are totally wireless earbuds designed for a seamless audio experience. This manual provides instructions on pairing, charging, controlling playback and calls, and important safety information.

Earbuds and Charging Case: The product includes two wireless earbuds and a charging case. The charging case is used to store and recharge the earbuds. The earbuds are designed to fit comfortably in the ear.

Charging: The charging case can be charged using a Micro USB cable connected to a computer USB port or a USB AC adapter. The earbuds themselves are charged by placing them inside the charging case.

Earbud Controls: Each earbud features a multi-function button for controlling music playback and calls. A single press typically plays/pauses music, a double press skips to the next song or activates/stops Siri, and a press-and-hold answers/ends/rejects calls.

General Pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Keep the distance between your device and the earbuds within 3 feet for initial pairing. If no connection is made within 10 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Pairing Both Earbuds: The earbuds are pre-paired from the factory. Select one earbud as the MASTER earbud and follow the single earbud pairing steps. The second earbud should connect automatically. If the connection fails, turn off both earbuds and press the multi-function button on both earbuds three times to enter pairing mode.

Single Earbud Pairing: To pair a single earbud, power it off, then press and hold the multi-function button for 4 seconds until blue and white lights flash quickly. Search for "Tzumi-TWE-L" (for left) or "Tzumi-TWE-R" (for right) on your device's Bluetooth list.

Connecting to Other Bluetooth Devices: To connect to a new device, first disconnect from the current Bluetooth device. Then, follow the standard pairing procedure.

Charging the Charging Station: Connect the built-in USB cable to a power source. A blue light will flash to indicate charging. The light will stop flashing when fully charged.

Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging station after removing any protective stickers. White lights on the earbuds indicate charging is in progress. The white lights turn off when charging is complete. Full charging takes approximately 2 hours. Earbuds cannot be used while charging.

Pairing Issues: If pairing fails, power off the earbuds and repeat the pairing steps.

Earbuds Not Turning On: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Low battery may prevent them from turning on.

No Sound During Playback: Verify the Bluetooth connection between the earbuds and your device. Reconnect if necessary and adjust the volume.
