Bluetooth Pairing Instruction
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will begin auto-pairing to each other. You will hear 2 beeps and a “pairing” voice prompt to confirm a successful pairing.
- Keep the earbuds within 3 feet of your smart device (for Bluetooth pairing only). Enable your device's Bluetooth function from your device's settings menu. Select "RT27" from the Bluetooth device list to pair the earbuds to your device.
- You will hear “device connected” indicating that TWS are now ready to use.
- Each earbud can be used independently.
Resetting Your TWS
If your TWS won't pair to each other, place them back in the charging case. When you pick them up, they will auto-pair.
Functions
Power on: Pick up two earbuds from the charging case.
Power off: Put back two earbuds into the charging case.
Music/Call Controls
- Previous/Next song: Press and hold the Left/Right earbud button for 2 seconds.
- Play/pause: Press the right/left earbud once to play/pause music.
- Answer/End an incoming call: Press the right/left earbud once to answer a call, and press again when you want to end the call.
- Voice Assistant: Press the Right/Left earbud button twice to activate/exit the Voice Assistant/Siri function. This function may not work with all devices.
Charging
(Be sure to fully charge the TWS before using for the first time.)
Charging the Case:
When the white LED light on the bottom of the case quickly flashes, the case is low on power and must be charged. Plug the Micro-USB cable into the bottom of the case to charge it. The LED will flash green while charging. Once fully charged, the LED will glow solid green.
Charging the Earbuds:
When the earbuds are low in power, you will hear "low power". Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. The LED light will turn solid red while charging. The LED light on the bottom of the case will turn white. Once fully charged, the LEDs on earbuds and case will turn off.
