1. Download and Installation
To get started, search for "V380 Pro" in your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download and install the V380 Pro APP. Alternatively, scan the provided QR code to download the V380 Pro APP.
For the electronic manual, use the V380 Pro APP to scan the QR code on the camera. This will add the device and provide access to the electronic manual.
2. Resetting the Camera
To reset the camera:
- Power on the camera. For 4G camera models, ensure the SIM card is inserted before powering on.
- Press and hold the reset button for several seconds. The camera will prompt "Reset completed".
Note: The physical location of the reset button and SIM card slot may vary depending on your specific device model.
3. Preparations Before Network Distribution
Follow these steps to prepare your device for network connection:
- Open the V380 Pro APP. Click on account registration. Enter your mobile phone number or email address, obtain the verification code, set your account password, and complete the registration process.
- Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the APP, then select "+ Add device". Scan the QR code located on the body of the camera with your mobile phone.
Note: The interface and prompts within the APP may differ slightly based on the version. Always follow the instructions provided in the latest version of the APP for setup.
If the QR code is not recognized or is damaged, you can select "More ways to add". For 4G models, choose "4G Internet/Direct Cable Connection", enter the device ID found on the label, and follow the on-screen prompts to add the device.
4. Adding the Device Complete
Once the device has been successfully added, you can organize your cameras by creating groups and assigning custom names to each camera.
APN Settings
For 4G camera connectivity, APN (Access Point Name) settings may be required:
- In the APP, navigate to "APN information settings" to configure the APN parameters.
- After completing the settings, click "Next".
- Briefly press the reset button on the device for one second. The device's yellow indicator light will flash, or you will hear a "Beep" sound, indicating it has entered APN setting mode.
If your 4G camera is offline, setting the APN is crucial. Contact your SIM card operator for the correct APN information (APN, Username, Password).
The APP can generate a QR code for the device to scan. After the device successfully scans and recognizes the QR code, a notification sound will confirm the process.
Indicator Lights and Recording
4G Camera Indicator Light Status:
- Indicator Off: The device is powered off or in standby mode.
- Indicator Red: The device is powered on and active, but the network connection is unavailable.
- Indicator Yellow: The device is successfully connected to the network.
- Indicator Red Light Flashes Continuously: The device cannot detect the SIM card. Please check if the SIM card is properly inserted.
- Indicator Red Light Flashes Twice Continuously: The SIM card is detected, but the device cannot connect to the internet. Verify that your mobile data plan is active and available.
Micro SD Card Recording
To install a Micro SD card:
- Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting the SD card.
- Turn the camera back on after the installation is complete.
Attentions for SD Card Recording:
- When the Micro SD card's recording capacity is full, the earliest recorded files will be automatically overwritten to make space for new recordings.
- Prolonged use in extreme environments, such as high temperatures, high humidity, or areas with significant dust or smoke, may potentially damage the camera.
- The V380 Pro APP and device firmware are subject to updates. To ensure the best user experience, it is recommended to keep the APP updated and upgrade the device firmware when new versions become available.
Cloud Service
Subscribing to the cloud service offers enhanced functionalities accessible through the "[Cloud]" interface within the V380 Pro APP. These special functions include:

- ⚡ Speed up playback
- ? Alarm recording
- ⏰ Check at any time
- ?️ Security encryption
- ? Loop video recording
Cloud service is a value-added feature that requires a paid subscription.
