V380 Pro Product Manual
Upon unboxing, connect your V380 camera using the included AC adapter and Micro-USB cable. Follow the steps below to complete the setup. Note: An SD card is required for video recordings; it is not included and must be purchased separately.
Getting Started
Scan the QR code to download the "V380 Pro" app, or find it on the Google Play Store or App Store.

- Tap the "+" icon, then tap "Next".
- Wait for the voice prompt "Access-Point established" or "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration".
- If you hear "Access-Point established", proceed with Method A or B.
- If you hear "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration", proceed with Method C.
Setup Methods
A. AP Quick Configuration
For Android Users:
- Tap "Access-Point established". The device identifier "MV+ID" will appear; tap it.
- Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap "Confirm". The camera will begin connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Once the camera prompts "WiFi connected", it will appear in the device list.
- Set a password for the camera to complete the setup.
For iOS Users:
- Tap "Access-Point established". Navigate to your phone's settings, tap "Wi-Fi", and connect to "MV+ID".
- Wait for the Wi-Fi icon to appear in the status bar. Return to the app and tap "Next".
- Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap "Confirm". The camera will begin connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Once the camera prompts "WiFi connected", it will appear in the device list.
- Set a password for the camera to complete the setup.
B. AP Hotspot Configuration
- Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to "MV+ID".
- Wait for the Wi-Fi icon to appear in the status bar. Return to the app, pull down the device list, and the device should appear.
- You can now view the live stream on your local network (LAN). For remote viewing, proceed with the following:
- Tap "Settings", then "Network", then "Change to Wi-Fi station mode".
- Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap "Confirm". The camera will connect to Wi-Fi.
- Once the camera prompts "WiFi connected", it is ready for use.
C. Wi-Fi Smart Link Configuration
- Tap "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration".
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and optionally the camera ID, then tap "Next".
- Once the camera prompts "WiFi connected", it will appear in the device list.
- Set a password for the camera to complete the setup.
Features
Preview
Access the preview interface to view live streams. Tap the play button [▶️] to begin.
Cloud Storage
When motion is detected, an alarm is triggered, and video is uploaded to the cloud. Cloud recordings are accessible even if the device or SD card is lost or stolen.
Managing Cloud Packages:
To Buy a Package:
- Tap the cloud icon [☁️].
- Tap "Buy a new package".
- Tap "Subscribe" to complete your order.
To Activate a Package:
- Tap "Activate" to enable the cloud service.
To Deactivate a Package:
- Disable "Cloud Storage Service".
- Tap "Verify Code". A verification code will be sent to your registered phone or email.
Alarm Settings
Receive app notifications when the camera detects motion. To enable: Tap "Settings", then tap "Alarm" and enable the feature.
Replay
From the preview interface, tap "Replay". You can select either SD card or cloud recordings and choose a specific date to view recorded footage.

Motion Tracking
When enabled, the camera automatically targets and tracks moving objects. To activate: From the preview interface, tap "Preset track", then enable "Motion track".
