V380 Pro Smart Camera Product Manual
Suitable for 4G camera models.
① Download V380 Pro APP
Search for "V380 Pro" in your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download and install the V380 Pro APP.
Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the documentation to download the V380 Pro APP.
Note: The QR code is for downloading the V380 Pro APP.
Use the V380 Pro APP to scan the QR code on the camera to add the device and follow the on-screen instructions to view the electronic manual.
② Reset the Camera
- Power on the camera. For 4G camera models, ensure the SIM card is inserted before powering on.
- Press and hold the reset button for several seconds. The camera will prompt "Reset completed".

③ Preparations Before Network Distribution
- Open the V380 Pro APP. Click on account registration. Enter your mobile phone number or email address, obtain the verification code, set your account password, and complete the registration.
- Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the APP.
- Select "+ Add device".
- Scan the QR code located on the body of the machine with your mobile phone's camera.
Note: The appearance and prompts of each APP version may differ. Please follow the instructions in the latest version of the APP to set up your camera.
If the QR code cannot be recognized or is damaged, click "More ways to add".
For 4G models, you may need to tap "4G Internet/Direct Cable Connection". Enter the device ID found on the label and add the device as prompted.
④ Add Complete
After successfully adding the device, you can create groups for your cameras and assign custom names to them for easier management.
App Interface Description: The app shows a successful addition confirmation screen, allowing users to select or enter a device name from predefined options (e.g., Parlour, Home, Office, Bedroom, Doorway, Reception, Kitchen, Study) or enter a custom name.
APN Settings
If your 4G camera is offline or cannot connect to the network, you may need to configure APN settings.
Instructions:
- In the V380 Pro APP, navigate to "APN information settings" to set the APN parameters.
- Enter the APN, Username, and Password provided by your SIM card operator.
- After the settings are complete, click "Next".
- On the camera device, short press the reset button for one second. The device's yellow indicator light will flash rapidly, or the device will prompt a sound (e.g., "Beep"). This indicates the device has entered APN setting mode.
- The APP will then generate a QR code. Use the camera to scan this generated QR code.
- After the device successfully identifies the QR code, it will prompt a notification sound.
Note: Please contact your SIM card operator for the correct APN information.

Solar-powered Camera Indicator Light (4G Camera)
- Indicator is off: Device is powered off or in standby mode.
- Indicator is red: Device is powered on and awake, but the network is unavailable.
- Indicator is yellow: Device is connected to the network.
- Indicator red light flashes continuously: Device cannot detect the SIM card. Please check if the card is inserted correctly.
- Indicator red light flashes twice continuously: SIM card is detected, but the device cannot connect to the Internet. Please check if the mobile data plan is active and available.
Micro SD Card Recording
When installing a Micro SD card:
- Turn off the camera first.
- After the installation is complete, turn the power back on.
Attentions Regarding Micro SD Card Recording:
- When the recording capacity reaches its upper limit, the earliest recording file will be automatically overwritten by new recordings.
- Long-term use in extreme environments (e.g., high temperature, high humidity, heavy dust, or smoke) may damage the camera.
- The V380 Pro APP and device firmware are updated periodically. For the best user experience, please ensure you update the APP and upgrade the device firmware in a timely manner.
Cloud Service
You can enjoy special functions by subscribing to the cloud service through the [Cloud] interface within the V380 Pro APP.
