Overview

This document provides a user guide for the Mainstays Stanton 4-Piece Patio Furniture Conversation Set. The set is designed for outdoor use and includes two single chairs, one loveseat, and one coffee table.

Pre-Assembly and Safety Precautions

Pre-Assembly: Carefully unpack all components from the carton and verify that all parts are present by referring to the hardware and parts list. If any parts are missing, please contact Walmart@aeoutdoor.com for assistance.

Planning Assembly

• Read all instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly.
• To prevent damage to the product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as carpet or cardboard.

Note: Assembly requires two or more people.

Safety Information

ATTENTION:

• Use the correct bolts as indicated in the instructions. Do not fully tighten any bolts until the product is completely assembled.
• Do not discard packaging until you have confirmed all required parts are present and undamaged.
• Keep children away during assembly. This product contains small parts that can be a choking hazard for children. Adult supervision is required at all times while using the product.
• Retain these assembly instructions for future reference.

ATTENTION:

• Read instructions thoroughly to ensure safe and proper assembly.
• Lay out all parts on a flat surface and identify them using the provided tables.
• One ratchet tool and one wrench are included for installation.

Parts Diagram Description

The parts diagram provides an exploded view illustrating the assembly of the furniture components. It shows how the Table Top (G) connects to the Table Legs (I) using Bolts (GG), with Leg Connector Brackets (H) securing the legs with Bolts (CC), Washers (FF), and Lock Nuts (EE). The diagram also shows the arrangement of seat panels (A, E), back panels (B, F), armrests (C, D), and cushions (J, K, L, M) for the chairs and loveseat.

Assembly Instructions

1. ASSEMBLY SINGLE CHAIR

1. Insert Seat Panel (A) into the protruding tube on Back Panel (B).
2. Use Bolts (DD) and the Ratchet Tool to securely attach Seat Panel (A) and Back Panel (B) together. (Requires 4x Bolt DD).
3. Attach Left and Right Armrests (C & D) to the assembled seat and back using Bolts (AA) and (BB). (Requires 8x Bolt AA, 4x Bolt BB).
4. Place the Seat Cushion (J) and Back Cushion (L) onto the chair. Attach the strap of Seat Cushion (J) to the back frame and secure the two clasps on Back Cushion (L) to the back tube. (Requires 2x Cushion J, 2x Cushion L).

2. ASSEMBLY LOVE SEAT

1. Insert Seat Panel (E) into the protruding tube on Back Panel (F).
2. Use Bolts (DD) and the Ratchet Tool to securely attach Seat Panel (E) and Back Panel (F) together. (Requires 3x Bolt DD).
3. Attach Left and Right Armrests (C & D) to the assembled seat and back using Bolts (AA) and (BB). (Requires 4x Bolt AA, 2x Bolt BB).
4. Place the Seat Cushion (K) and Back Cushion (M) onto the loveseat. (Requires 2x Cushion K, 2x Cushion M).

3. ASSEMBLY TABLE

1. Insert Table Legs (I) into the designated joints on the underside of the Table Top (G) and tighten Bolts (GG). (Requires 4x Leg I, 4x Bolt GG).
2. Assemble the Leg Connector Bracket (H) to the legs using Bolts (CC), Washers (FF), and Lock Nuts (EE). (Requires 1x Bracket H, 8x Bolt CC, 8x Washer FF, 8x Lock Nut EE).
3. Complete the assembly of the table.

Care and Maintenance

• Use a furniture cover to protect the set when not in use.
• Regularly inspect and tighten all bolts and fasteners to ensure proper performance and safety.
• For longevity and beauty, store the furniture in a dry and protected area during off-season periods.
• Prevent water from accumulating in the frames, as this can cause corrosion and damage in cold climates.
• Clean all frames with a solution of mild soap and water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft absorbent cloth.
• Frames can be treated with a liquid wax for enhanced protection against UV rays and salty, damp air.
• Cushions, slings, or umbrella covers should be cleaned by hand using a solution of mild soap and water, followed by a clean water rinse. Avoid machine washing, as this may cause shrinkage or damage.
• Allow cushions to air dry naturally. Do not use a commercial or home dryer.
• Do not use bleach or solvents for cleaning, as this will void the warranty.

Warranty Information

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERING DEFECTIVE PARTS

For a period of two (2) years following the date of purchase, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components under this Limited Warranty. This warranty is between the Manufacturer and the original purchaser and requires the original sales receipt showing the date and location of purchase for validation. Replacements made under this warranty will revert to the original purchase date for any future warranty claims.

The Manufacturer or its authorized dealer reserves the right to accept or reject warranty claims based on their findings. This warranty is valid for normal residential use only and is not intended for commercial applications. The Manufacturer may substitute materials, components, or subcomponents of comparable value and utility. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, determined solely by the Manufacturer. Warranty returns are limited to the single affected component.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to normal wear and tear, damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., freezing, high winds), abuse or misuse (including chemical damage from suntan oil), exposure to extreme temperatures, abrasion, or excessive weight. The product is intended for standard installations only.

This warranty is void if the product is not used for its intended purpose. The Manufacturer disclaims liability for any aspect of installation or any inconvenience caused by a defective part or component. Certain items are specifically excluded from this warranty, including but not limited to:

• Components subjected to abuse, including simulated failure.
• Damage caused by retailers, shippers, or installation crews (e.g., scratches, dents, tears, chips).
• Parts exhibiting normal wear that still function as new, including minor chips, scratches, or stitching wear.
• Damage resulting from improper installation or use, such as tears or punctures.
• Damage to frames or welds from improper assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures; general frame rusting is also not covered.
• Fading or discoloration of fabrics, cushions, straps, or wicker due to exposure to elements, chemicals, oils, or fluids.
• Umbrella bases are not covered under any circumstances.
• Items sold "as is" or floor models.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the Manufacturer via the toll-free number provided in this manual. Have a copy of your original sales receipt and a brief description of the issue ready. Please also provide your email address and daytime telephone or cell phone number. Repairs or replacements will be made at the Manufacturer's discretion.

Disclaimer: This warranty represents the entire exclusive express limited liability. The Manufacturer makes no other warranties, express or implied, including those of retailing dealers. This exclusive remedy is limited to repair or replacement. The Manufacturer and its agents are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product or breach of this warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
