Important Safeguards
- Read all instructions before use.
- WARNING: To protect against electric shock, fire, and personal injury:
- Do not immerse cord or plug in water or other liquids.
- Do not immerse the appliance or any electrical components in water or any other liquid.
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.

- Keep hands and utensils out of Jar while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury or damage to the unit. A scraper may be used but only when the unit is not running and the power cord is disconnected.
- Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place blade assembly on Motor Unit without Jar properly attached.
- Jar must be properly in place before operating appliance.
- Always operate appliance with the Jar Lid in place.
- Do not blend hot liquids in the Jar. Allow any hot liquids to cool to a lukewarm temperature before pouring them into the Jar.
- Do not blend dry ingredients.
- Do not place the appliance close to the edge of the countertop.
- Never attempt to remove the Jar from the Motor Unit during operation.
- To disconnect, press and release the OFF button and then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Never pull on the power cord to disconnect the appliance from the wall outlet; instead, grasp the plug and pull on the plug.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts involving a risk of electric shock.
- Let the appliance cool completely before putting away or storing.
- Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
- This appliance has important markings on the plug blade. The attachment plug or entire cordset is not suitable for replacement. If damaged, the appliance shall be replaced.

Parts Identification
The blender consists of the following parts:
- Measuring Cup: Fits into the lid.
- Lid: Covers the jar, often with a removable cap for the spout.
- Jar: The main container, graduated with markings for ounces (oz) and cups.
- Blade Assembly with Gasket: Located at the bottom of the jar, containing sharp blades and a sealing gasket.
- Motor Unit: The base of the blender containing the motor and controls.
- Power Cord with Plug: Connects the appliance to the electrical outlet.
- Control Panel: Located on the Motor Unit, featuring buttons for various functions: OFF, PULSE, CHOP, MIX, GRATE, BLEND, LIQUEFY.
- Anti-slip Feet: Located on the bottom of the Motor Unit to provide stability.
Operation
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials and transportation means.
- Check package contents for completeness and damage. Do not operate if incomplete or damaged; return to the place of purchase.
- Danger of suffocation: Keep packaging materials (plastic bags, foils, foam) away from babies and children as they can block airways.
- Clean the appliance and all accessories thoroughly before first use.
Assembly
WARNING: The blades are very sharp. Handle with care. Do not touch blades to avoid injury.
- Place the Motor Unit on a clean, flat, and stable surface.
- Lower the Jar into the recess of the Motor Unit.
- Prepare and place food in the assembled Jar.
- Once food is in the Jar, place the Lid, along with the Measuring Cup, on the Jar. Ensure the spout cover is placed over the spout.
- Connect the plug into a wall outlet. The appliance is now ready to be switched on.
After use, once switched off and disconnected, lift the Jar upwards from the Motor Unit.
Using the Appliance
This appliance is suitable for blending cooked (cooled to room temperature) or raw food. It can be used for pureeing, preparing sauces, smoothies, shakes, baby food, vegetables, and fruit thin batter.
This appliance is NOT intended for:
- Blending hot liquids or foods.
- Grinding meats.
- Mashing boiled potatoes.
- Kneading dough.
- Whipping egg whites.
- Extracting juice.
- Chopping large quantities of ice.
Notes:
- The appliance has a rated power of 360W. Ensure the electrical circuit is not overloaded with other appliances before plugging it in.
- Operate on a separate 120V ~ 60Hz wall outlet.
- Do not connect to a wall outlet unless fully assembled.
Warnings:
- Do not use the Jar in a microwave.
- Always ensure there is food in the Jar before using the appliance.
- Do not blend hot liquids or foods.
- Do not overfill the Jar to avoid spilling or food entering the Motor Unit.
- Do not use the appliance without the Jar and/or Lid.
Preparation:
- Peel or core fruits/vegetables and cut them into small chunks, no larger than 1½ inch.
- Add water first for easier and smoother operation. Do not blend dry ingredients only.
- Ensure there is enough liquid in the Jar to at least cover the blades.
Operation Steps:
- Place the Motor Unit on a clean, flat, heat-resistant surface. Assemble the appliance.
- Place food in the Jar.
- Connect the plug into a wall outlet.
- Press the required blending function button (CHOP, MIX, GRATE, BLEND, LIQUEFY, PULSE) according to the food being processed.
- During operation, the Measuring Cup can be removed from the Lid to add food if needed. Cut additional food into small pieces beforehand.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, press and release the OFF button to stop operation and switch off the appliance.
Operational Limits & Cooling:
- Never attempt to remove the Jar from the Motor Unit during operation.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Do not operate without load.
- Allow at least 3 minutes to cool down between operation cycles. Operate for a maximum of 3 consecutive cycles, then allow at least 20 minutes to cool down before the next use.
- The appliance has overheating protection that automatically switches it off if the rated power is exceeded, blades are prevented from turning, or after too many usage cycles. If this happens, press OFF, unplug, wait at least 30 minutes to cool down before resuming normal operation.

Note on Stuck Blades:
If the blade is stuck, unplug the appliance first. Remove some food, plug it back in, press PULSE to bring the motor to maximum speed. Repeatedly press and release PULSE until smooth, then press the function button to resume blending.
Hints and Tips
- Add liquid ingredients first for an even blend. Do not use with dry ingredients only.
- Cut ingredients into smaller pieces (approx. 1½ inch) for quicker blending.
- Operate only as long as needed to reach the desired consistency. Press and release the PULSE/OFF button to stop.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute or without load.
- Allow at least 3 minutes to cool down between cycles. Maximum 3 consecutive cycles, then at least 20 minutes cool-down.
- Do not blend hot liquids or foods.
- Clean all accessories after each use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures years of service. Clean after every use. The appliance has no user-serviceable parts and requires little maintenance; refer servicing/repairs to qualified personnel.

- Always press and release the OFF button and disconnect the plug before cleaning. Allow all parts to cool completely.
- Blades are very sharp. Clean carefully. Danger of injury!
Notes:
- Do not immerse the power cord/plug or motor unit in water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads.
- Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning, before use or storage. Ensure no water enters the motor unit.
- Be careful not to damage or lose the gasket.
- Wash the measuring cup, lid, and jar with hot soapy water. Rinse and dry carefully.
- Wipe the motor unit housing with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts and surfaces are completely dry before connecting to a wall outlet.
Cleaning Between Blending Operations:
For cleaning before blending different foods:
- Ensure the Jar is assembled.
- Fill the Jar halfway with lukewarm, clear water (no detergent).
- Place the Lid and Measuring Cup on the Jar.
- Press and hold the PULSE button for a few seconds, then release.
- Disconnect the plug from the wall outlet.
- Remove the Jar and discard the water.
- Dry all parts and surfaces thoroughly before next use.
If quick cleaning doesn't remove residues, follow the general cleaning procedure.
Storage:
- Before storage, ensure the appliance is completely cool, clean, and dry.
- Store in a dry place.
- Store on a stable shelf or in a cupboard, out of reach of children or pets.
