Important Safety Information
- With proper supervision and instruction, this desk can be used by children 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities. Users must understand safe operation and the potential hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children.
- The desk is only to be used with the power supply unit provided.
- Disconnect the power supply when performing maintenance and cleaning.
- Examine the desk frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs or if the desk has been misused or does not work, contact the supplier for further information.
- When operating a switch that initiates and maintains the movement of the furniture, terminates the movement of the furniture, or causes a change of the direction of the furniture, make sure that all persons are kept clear of movement.
- Properly place the desk to avoid creating entrapment hazards with other furniture.
- Dust off regularly to keep your desktop clean. Power off the desk, then use a damp piece of cloth to gently rub.

Step 1: Supplied Parts and Hardware

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assembling the Desk Legs
Action: Attach the Crossbar (02) to the top of the Leg (04) using two Bolts (A) and the Large Allen Wrench (E). Attach the Leg Base (07) to the bottom of the Leg (04) using two Bolts (B) and the Large Allen Wrench (E). Repeat for the Leg with Motor (05), attaching the Crossbar (02) and Leg Base (07) using Bolts (A) and (B) respectively, with the Allen Wrench (E).
Note: The long side of the leg base faces the side with the motor. ⚠️
Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod
Action: Attach the Side Plates (03) to the legs using four Bolts (A) and the Large Allen Wrench (E). Ensure the long side of the side plate faces the side with the motor. ⚠️ Insert the Transmission Rod (06) into the legs.
Action: Loosen the coupling nut on the Transmission Rod (06).
Action: Fully insert the transmission rod into the leg. Adjust uneven desk legs if needed by measuring heights and turning the rod to level them.
Step 3: Attaching the Desktop
Action: Attach the Desktop (01) to the assembled leg structure using six Bolts (F) and the Large Allen Wrench (E).
Note: HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. ⚠️
Note: The transmission rod faces the front. ⚠️
Step 4: Connecting the Cables
Action: Connect the motor cables and power cable. Use Cable Clips (C) to arrange and secure the cables.
Tip: Cable clips can be arranged according to your needs. ⚙️
Note: Ensure the cables do not rub the transmission rod. ⚠️
Note: When flipping the desk over, do not allow the controller to collide with the ground, which could cause damage. ⚠️
Using the Controller
The controller allows for height adjustment and saving preferred heights.
Tip: Reset before first use. ⚙️
Action: Connect the USB & Type-C cables to the controller. Output: (5V 2A) ?
Note: Ensure there are no obstacles when using the desk, that the desktop is not too close to the wall, and that all cables are long enough for the desk to move up and down freely.
Suggestion: Set the most comfortable height when you sit down to preset ① and the most comfortable height when you stand up to preset ②. The other preset can be set for another user or for a different height you want to use.
Save Current Height Setting
Short-press the [Save] button (represented by a button with a star or similar icon, or labeled 'S'). The display will flash. Press preset button ①, ②, or ③ to save the current height setting to that button.
Select Height Setting
- Press preset button ①. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
- Press preset button ②. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
- Press preset button ③. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
Raise the Desk
Press the [Up] button (represented by an upward arrow ⬆️) to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position of 46.5" (118cm) or the button is released.
Lower the Desk
Press the [Down] button (represented by a downward arrow ⬇️) to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position of 28.3" (72cm) or the button is released.
Settings
Change Display Height Units
Press and hold the [Settings] button (often labeled 'S') until a flashing 'S-' is displayed. Press the [Up] or [Down] button (⬆️/⬇️) again and 'Un' is displayed. Press the [Settings] button to select it. Press the [Up] or [Down] button (⬆️/⬇️) to switch between 'IN' (Imperial) and 'SI' (Metric), then press the [Settings] button to save your choice.
Change Collision Detection Sensitivity
Long press the [Settings] button (S). 'S-' will flash. Press the [Up] or [Down] button (⬆️/⬇️) again and the display shows 'Un.' Press the [Settings] button to select. Press the [Up] or [Down] button (⬆️/⬇️) to switch to 'CF.' Press the [Settings] button to select. Press the [Up] or [Down] button (⬆️/⬇️) to switch between 'OFF,' Light (L), Normal (N), or Heavy (H) collision force detection. 'Light' is the highest sensitivity setting. Press the [Settings] button to save your choice.
Note: Sensitivity is preset to Normal by the factory. However, sensitivity may be adjusted if needed.
Reset
- Press and hold the [Down] button (⬇️) until the desk goes down to its lowest level, then release the button.
- Press and hold the [Down] button (⬇️) for 5 seconds, and the screen will display 'RES.' Continue holding until the desk comes back up slightly. Reset is complete.
Protection Mode Error Codes
Code | Error Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Hot | Overheating Protection | When the motor has been working continuously for 5 minutes, it will stop operating to prevent damage from overheating. Wait for at least 15 minutes before making any further height adjustment. |
E10 | Sensor Malfunction Warning | Motor safety sensor cannot be detected. Power off, check the connection between the motor and controller, then power back on again. |
E20 | Overload Warning | Max load exceeded. If raising the desk, remove all items from the desktop and try again. If lowering the desk, power off, remove all items from the desktop, power back on, then try again. If error code persists, follow the reset instructions. |
E02 | Operation Status Warning | The desk stops moving if vibration, impact, or incline are detected. If this detection is incorrect, follow the reset instructions before continuing use. |
E32 | Overvoltage Protection | Input voltage too high. If the correct AC adapter is being used, power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, then power on again. |
E31 | Undervoltage Protection | Input voltage too low. If the correct AC adapter is being used, power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, then power on again. |
E60 | Unequal Leg Height Warning | Power off the desk and check whether the left and right legs are at the same height. Adjust if necessary by following the instructions. Power on again. |
- | Cable Disconnection Warning | Check motor and controller cable connections. Normal operation should return once all connectors are properly connected. |
