Supplied Parts and Hardware

Step 1: Assemble the Crossbar and Leg Bases to the Table Legs

Parts: Right Table Leg (01) x1, Left Table Leg (02) x1, Crossbar (09) x1, Leg Base (05) x2.

Hardware: Bolt M8x47 mm A (x4), 13/64 in. (5mm) Large Allen Key F (x1), Bolt M6x35 mm C (x8), Foot H (x4).

Assembly: Attach the crossbar (09) to the right table leg (01) and left table leg (02) using bolts (A) and the large Allen key (F). Attach the leg bases (05) to the bottom of the legs using bolts (C). Screw in the feet (H) into the leg bases. Note: This step is heavy; assistance may be needed. [⚠️ 2 people lifting symbol]

Step 2: Secure the Side Plates and Transmission Rod to the Table Legs

Parts: Side Plate (03) x2, Transmission Rod (04) x1.

Hardware: Bolt M6x10 mm B (x4), 5/32 in. (4mm) Medium Allen Key F (x1), 5/64 in. (2mm) Small Allen Key F (x1), Rubber Pad I (x10).

Assembly: Secure the side plates (03) to the table legs using bolts (B) and the medium Allen key (F). Insert the transmission rod (04) into the hex hole of the left leg and turn anti-clockwise until the left leg is at its lowest position. Insert the other end of the transmission rod into the slot on the right leg. Adjust the rod slightly for better installation. Secure the transmission rod using the pre-assembled set screw with the small Allen key (F). Insert the knobs (K) and tighten them. Insert rubber pads (I).

Step 3: Secure the Desktop to the Stand

Parts: Desktop (07) x2, Tabletop Connector (08) x3.

Hardware: Screw M5x16 mm D (x22).

Assembly: Place the desktop sections (07) onto the assembled stand. Use tabletop connectors (08) and screws (D) to secure the desktop sections together and to the stand. A Phillips screwdriver (not included) is required.

Step 4: Install the Controller to the Bottom of Desktop

Parts: Controller (06) x1.

Hardware: Screw M4x15 mm E (x4).

Assembly: Attach the controller (06) to the underside of the desktop using screws (E) and a Phillips screwdriver (not included). Connect the cables to the controller.

Step 5: Connect the Cables

Parts: Wall Plug Power (10) x1, Cable Clip (11) x2.

Assembly: Connect the wall plug power (10) to the port of the controller (06). Connect the pre-assembled cable on the table leg to the port of the controller (06). Use cable clips (11) for cable management.

Controller Introduction

Up Button [⬆️]: Short press to lift 0.39 in. (1 cm). Long press to continuously lift until the maximum height (47.24 in. / 120 cm) is reached or the button is released.

Down Button [⬇️]: Short press to lower 0.39 in. (1 cm). Long press to continuously lower until the minimum height (28.35 in. / 72 cm) is reached or the button is released.

Save Button [S]: Press to adjust to your desired position. Press [S] then press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to save the current height. The screen will show [H1] for the first memory position and [H2] for the second memory position. Pressing the corresponding memory button will automatically move the desk to the saved height.

Reset Function: Long press the [S] button for 5 seconds. The screen will show 'RES'. Continue pressing, and the desk will move to the lowest position and then rebound slightly. Reset is complete.

Engineering Mode

To enter Engineering Mode, long press the [S] button. 'S--' will flash. Press [S] again.

  • Change Displayed Unit (Un): Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to switch to 'Un'. Press [S] to select. Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to toggle between 'IN' (inches) or 'SI' (centimeters). Press [S] to save.
  • Change Brightness (br): Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to switch to 'br'. Press [S] to select. Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to choose between Low (L), Normal (n), or High (H) brightness. Press [S] to save.
  • Collision Force Detection (CF): Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to switch to 'CF'. Press [S] to select. Press [⬆️] or [⬇️] to choose between 'OFF', Low (L), Normal (n), or Heavy (H) collision force detection. Press [S] to save.

Troubleshooting and Error Codes

  • Over-heating protection (Hot): Alarms after 2 minutes of continuous work. Wait at least 18 minutes before next adjustment.
  • Sensorless alarm (E10): Motor sensor not detected. Power off, check motor and control box connections, then power on.
  • Overload protection (E20): Overload detected. If alarming while going up, remove items from the desk and try again. If alarming while going down, power off, remove items, then power on.
  • Rebound protection (E02): Alarm due to vibration, collision, or incline. Check for these issues. If none, perform the reset process.
  • Overvoltage alarm (E32): Voltage is too high. Power off, check power and control box connections, then power on.
  • Undervoltage alarm (E31): Voltage is too low. Power off, check power and control box connections, then power on.
  • Step out alarm (E60): Height difference between legs exceeds set value. Power off, ensure legs are at the same height (redo step 4 if necessary), then power on.
  • Breaking protection: Stops if motor or control lines are disconnected. Reconnect lines to resume normal operation.

How to Solve the Problem of Different Heights of Two Table Legs

Step 1: Measure the height of both table legs before installation to ensure they are the same.

Step 2: Adjusting Transmission Rod

  • If the left table leg is higher than the right: Insert the transmission rod into the hexagonal hole of the left leg. Turn the transmission rod anti-clockwise to lower the left leg until it matches the height of the right leg. [Turn anti-clockwise symbol]
  • If the left table leg is lower than the right: Insert the transmission rod into the hexagonal hole of the left leg. Turn the transmission rod clockwise to raise the left leg until it matches the height of the right leg. [Turn clockwise symbol]
