Step 1: Attaching the Transmission Rod and the Crossbar
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 01 x 1 Crossbar
- 02 x 1 Left Desk Leg
- 03 x 1 Right Desk Leg
- 04 x 1 Transmission Rod
- M-A x 1 Set Screw
- M-G x 1 Small Allen Wrench 3/32" (2.5mm)
Procedure:
Before attaching the transmission rod, measure the heights of the two desk legs to ensure they are at the same level. If not, insert the transmission rod into the hole in the right leg. Turn the rod to adjust the right leg so it's level with the left leg. Turn the rod anti-clockwise to lower the right leg or clockwise to raise it.

Attach the transmission rod (04) to the left desk leg (02) using set screw (M-A) and small allen wrench (M-G).
Attach the crossbar (01) to the desk legs (02, 03) using bolts (M-B) and large allen wrench (M-H).
Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 05 x 2 Side Plate
- M-C x 4 Bolt
- M-H x 1 Large Allen Wrench 3/16" (5mm)
Procedure:

Attach the side plates (05) to the desk legs using bolts (M-C) and large allen wrench (M-H).
Step 3: Attaching the Leg Bases
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 06 x 2 Leg Base
- 07 x 2 Caster with Lock
- 08 x 2 Caster without Lock
- M-D x 8 Bolt
- M-J x 2 Rectangular Washer
- M-H x 1 Large Allen Wrench 3/16" (5mm)
- M-I x 1 Wrench
Procedure:
Attach the leg bases (06) to the desk legs using bolts (M-D), rectangular washers (M-J), and large allen wrench (M-H).
You can use the foot pads or casters. Attach casters (07 or 08) to the leg bases (06) using the provided wrench (M-I).
Step 4: Assembling and Attaching the Desktop
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 09 x 1 Desktop
- A x 4 Wood Dowel Pin
- B x 3 Desktop Panel Connector
- 10 x 2 Headset Hook
- 11 x 1 Controller
- C x 8 Rubber Pad
- M-E x 18 Screw
- M-F x 8 Screw
Procedure:
Assemble the desktop panels using wood dowel pins (A).
Secure the desktop panels with the connectors (B).
Place rubber pads (C) on the desktop screw holes.
Attach the headset hooks (10) and controller (11) to the desktop using screws (M-E).
Attach the assembled frame to the desktop using screws (M-F).
Step 5: Connecting the Cables
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 12 x 1 AC Adapter
- 13 x 2 Cable Clip
Procedure:
Connect the cables from the desk legs to the controller (11) and the AC adapter (12).
Use the cable clips (13) to manage the cables.
Step 6: Installing the Cable Hole Covers
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 14 x 2 Cable Hole Cover
Procedure:
Install the cable hole covers (14) into the designated holes on the desktop.
Note: If the desk, used with foot pads, is a bit uneven on the floor, slightly screw in or unscrew the foot pads to level each corner.
Using the Controller
The controller allows you to adjust the desk height and save preferred positions.
Controller Layout:
: Raise the Desk : Lower the Desk : Select Height Setting 1 : Select Height Setting 2 : Select Height Setting 3 : Save Current Height Setting
Raise the Desk: Press the [Up Arrow] button to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position or the button is released.
Lower the Desk: Press the [Down Arrow] button to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position or the button is released.
Select Height Setting: Press the [1], [2], or [3] button to move the desk to a previously saved height.
Save Current Height Setting: Short-press the [M] button, and the screen will show 'S-'. Press the [1], [2], or [3] button to save the current height setting. Pressing [1], [2], or [3] again will move the desk to that saved height. Any button press will stop the desk's movement.
Settings
Reset: Press and hold the [M] button until 'rst' is displayed. Continue holding until the desk reaches its lowest level and then moves up slightly. Release the button to complete the reset. If the button is released during the reset, it will stop. The desk will not operate correctly until the reset is finished.
Child Lock: Press and hold the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons together for 5 seconds to enable child lock. The screen will display 'LOC', and the buttons will be disabled. To disable child lock, repeat the same process.
Settings Menu:
- Press and hold the [M] button for 5 seconds to enter the settings menu.
- Short-press the [M] button to navigate through the menu.
- Short-press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] button to adjust settings.
- Long-press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] button for quick height adjustment.
- Press and hold the [M] button again to save changes. 'SUS' indicates success, 'FAL' indicates failure. The menu exits automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity.

Power-Saving Mode: The screen turns off after one minute of inactivity. Any button press will turn it back on.
Protection Mode Error Codes

rst | Reset Warning: Continue to complete reset. |
SC0 | Standby Overvoltage Protection: Standby voltage too high. Power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error persists, please contact technical support. |
SC1 | Power Supply Overvoltage Protection: Input voltage too high. If the correct AC adapter is being used, power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
SC4 | Operating Overvoltage Protection: Operating voltage too high. Power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
hot | Overheating Protection: The motor has been working continuously for too long. It will stop operating to prevent overheating. Wait for at least 18 minutes (until error code disappears) before making any further height adjustment. |
r-6 | Power Supply Overvoltage Protection (during use): Input voltage too high. Error clears when power supply voltage returns to normal. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
E10 | Short Circuit Protection: Power off, check the cable connections, and power back on again. If error persists, please contact technical support. |
E11 | Overloading Protection: Max load exceeded. Error code will persist for 20 seconds (DO NOT operate). Take the things off the desk and confirm there is no mechanical damage before trying again. |
E12 | Motor Phase Error Protection: Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
E13 | Sensor Malfunction Warning: Motor sensor can't be detected. Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
E14 | Anti-Collision System Warning: Impact detected. The desk will move 2" (50mm) in the opposite direction and stop. |
E16 | Cable Disconnection Warning: Check motor and controller cable connections. Normal operation should return once all connectors are properly connected. If error code persists, please contact technical support. |
E17 | Mechanical Failure Warning: Check if there is any structural damage or motor fault. |
