Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assembling and Connecting the Desk Legs
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- 01 Crossbar x 1
- 02 Left Desk Leg x 1
- 03 Right Desk Leg x 1
- 04 Leg Base x 2
- Bolt A (M6 x 11mm) x 4
- Bolt B (M6 x 35mm) x 8
- Large Allen Wrench C (3/16" / 5mm) x 1
Attach the crossbar (01) to the left desk leg (02) and right desk leg (03) using Bolts A. Ensure the orientation is correct as shown in the diagram. Attach the leg bases (04) to the bottom of each leg using Bolts B and the Large Allen Wrench C. Note: This step may require assistance due to the weight of the components.
Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- Side Plates (part of 05) x 2
- Bolt A (M6 x 11mm) x 4
- Small Allen Wrench D (5/64" / 2mm) x 1
- Transmission Rod 06 x 1
- Coupling Nut (part of 06)
Attach the side plates (05) to the top of the desk legs using Bolts A and the Large Allen Wrench C. Insert the transmission rod (06) into the hole in the left leg. Ensure the heights of both legs are level before proceeding. Turn the rod clockwise to lower the left leg or anti-clockwise to raise it. Connect the other end of the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft on the right leg. Ensure the set screw faces outwards. Secure the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft by turning the set screw clockwise using the Small Allen Wrench D. Tighten the coupling nut to fine-tune the transmission rod fit.
Step 3: Assembling the Desktop
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- Desktop 07 x 1 (may be two panels)
- Wood Dowel Pins G x 4 (for 48" desk) or x 6 (for 63" desk)
- Desktop Panel Connector H x 2
For the 48" desk, use four wood dowel pins (G) to join the two desktop panels. For the 63" desk, use six wood dowel pins (G). Insert the dowel pins into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the desktop panels and align the panels. The diagram shows how to insert the dowel pins and join the panels.
Step 4: Attaching the Desktop
Supplied Parts and Hardware:
- Screw F (M5 x 16mm) x 16
- Desktop Panel Connector H x 2
