Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assembling the Leg Sections
Attach the crossbars.
Attach the Right Crossbar (01) and Left Crossbar (02) to the Right Desk Leg (03) and Left Desk Leg (04). Use Bolts (A) to secure them. Align the small round protrusions on the crossbars with the corresponding holes on the desk legs.
Attach the side plates.
Attach the Side Plates (05) to the desk legs. Use Bolts (B) and Allen Wrench (C1) for attachment.
Screw in Bolts (B) to secure the crossbars (06) to the desk legs. Do not fully tighten all four bolts until they are in place.
Slightly loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the crossbars.
Step 2: Assembling the Desktop
Connect the desktop panels.
Connect the two Desktop panels (07) using Wood Dowel Pins (E).
Secure the desktop panels.
Secure the Desktop panels (07) using Desktop Panel Connectors (F) and Screws (D). A drill or Phillips screwdriver can be used.
Step 3: Attaching the Frame to the Desktop
Position the frame components.
Place the Fixed Rod (08) and Middle Crossbar (09) on the underside of the assembled desktop, aligning screw holes.
Loosely attach the frame.
Loosely thread Bolts (B) through the Middle Crossbar (09) and Fixed Rod (08) into the desktop using Allen Wrench (C1).
Secure the frame.
Secure the frame components using Screws (D) and a drill or Phillips screwdriver.
Slide leg sections onto the middle crossbar.
Slide the two leg sections (01, 02) onto the Middle Crossbar (09).
Adjust and tighten.
Adjust the leg sections and ensure screw holes are aligned. Fully tighten the four pre-installed bolts on the crossbars securing the frame using Screws (D) and Allen Wrench (C2).
Secure the frame to the desktop.
Secure the frame to the desktop using Bolts (B) and Allen Wrench (C1) for the crossbars, and Bolts (D) and Allen Wrench (C2) for the leg sections.
Step 4: Attaching the Transmission Rod
Prepare the legs.
Measure leg heights. If unequal, insert the Transmission Rod (10) into the left leg and turn it clockwise to raise or anti-clockwise to lower the leg to match the right leg's height.
Connect the transmission rod.
Ensure the Transmission Rod (10) is inserted into the left leg. Slide the rod coupler to connect with the other end of the transmission rod. Use Wrench (C3) for fine-tuning if needed.
Step 5: Attaching the Controller and Storage Hooks
Attach the Controller (11) to the desktop using Screws (D). Attach the Storage Hook (12) to the desk leg using Screws (D).
Step 6: Attaching the Cable Management Tray
Fold the Cable Management Tray (13) along the dashed lines. Secure the tray to the desktop using Screws (D) with a drill or Phillips screwdriver.
Step 7: Connecting the Cables
Connect the Motor Cable to the Controller (11). Connect the AC Adapter (14) to the Controller. Use Cable Clips (15) to manage cables.
Step 8: Attaching the Power Outlet
Press the button on the Power Outlet Box (16) to open its cover. Loosen pre-installed bolts to separate the power outlet components.
Secure the Power Outlet Box (16) to the desktop using Screws (H).
Step 9: Installing the Cable Hole Cover
Install the Cable Hole Cover (17) into the desktop opening.
Using the Controller
Note: After initial power-on, the screen shows the current height. If displayed height is incorrect or legs are unequal, follow reset instructions.
Reset Procedure
- Press and hold the [⬇️] button until the desk moves to its lowest level, then release the button.
- Press and hold the [⬇️] button until 'rst' displays. Continue holding until the desk lowers and rises slightly. Release the button when the current height is displayed. Reset complete.
Save Current Height Setting
Press and hold the [⬆️] or [⬇️] button for 3 seconds. The screen will show 'S-1' or 'S-2'. Short-press the same button to move the desk to the saved height. Press any button to stop.
Raise the Desk
Press the [⬆️] button to raise the desk to its highest position (116cm) or until the button is released.
Lower the Desk
Press the [⬇️] button to lower the desk to its lowest position (72cm) or until the button is released.
Lock/Unlock
Press and hold the [⬆️] and [⬇️] buttons together for 5 seconds. The screen displays 'Loc' when locked, and buttons are disabled. Repeat to unlock.
Power-Saving Mode
The screen turns off after 1 minute of inactivity. Press any button to wake.
Protection Mode Error Codes
Code | Description |
---|---|
HOT | Overheating Protection: The motor stops to prevent overheating after prolonged use. Wait 18 minutes to cool before height adjustment. |
rst | Reset Warning: Continue reset. |
E11 | Overloading Protection: Max load exceeded. Do not operate for 20 seconds. Remove items and follow reset instructions. |
E12 | Cable Disconnection Warning: Check motor/controller connections. Normal operation resumes when connectors are properly seated. |
E14 | Incline/Vibration Detection: Desk moves in opposite direction and stops if vibration, impact, or incline is detected. |
