Operational Safety:
- Using unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries may cause explosion, fire, electric shock, or other risks, or damage the device.
- The operating temperature range for this device is 0°C to 40°C. Using the device outside this temperature range may damage it.

This contractual warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Xiaomi product (hereinafter referred to as "product") as originally supplied, and not to any software or other equipment owned by Xiaomi or third parties to which a license agreement with the end user or separate warranty applies. /warranty statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply.
Limited Product Warranty: Xiaomi warrants to the original purchaser that your Xiaomi product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is provided for one (1) year for the host unit, six (6) months for the replaceable battery and charger, one (1) year for the non-replaceable battery, three (3) months for earphones, if applicable, from the date of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing provision, Xiaomi does not exclude, limit, or suspend the minimum statutory warranty period stipulated by applicable law.
Xiaomi does not guarantee that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Remedies
If a hardware defect is found and Xiaomi receives a valid claim within the warranty period, Xiaomi will either (1) repair the Product free of charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product, excluding any shipping costs.
In the event of a defect, these are your sole and exclusive remedies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable laws. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
In accordance with applicable laws, Xiaomi may require the customer to provide proof of purchase and the warranty card with the Product's IMEI. It is your responsibility to back up all data, software, or other materials you have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Xiaomi is not responsible for any such damage or loss.
Exclusions and Limitations
Unless otherwise stipulated by Xiaomi, this limited warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for Xiaomi, which can be identified by the "Xiaomi" or "Mi" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.
The limited warranty does not cover: (a) damage caused by natural events or acts of God, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes, or other external causes; (b) negligence; (c) commercial use; (d) alterations or modifications to any part of the product; (e) damage caused by use with products not originating from Xiaomi; (f) damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (g) damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended use described by Xiaomi or with incorrect voltage or power supply; (h) damage caused by service (including upgrades and extensions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of Xiaomi, or (i) failure to comply with the instructions for use of the Product.
Restoration and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this limited warranty. No reseller, agent, or employee of Xiaomi is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty. If any term is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
Except where prohibited by law or otherwise promised by Xiaomi, after-sales services will be limited to the country or region of original purchase. Products that were not duly imported and/or not duly manufactured by Xiaomi and/or not duly obtained from Xiaomi or an authorized Xiaomi retailer are not covered by these warranties. According to applicable laws, you may be able to benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer that sold the product. Xiaomi therefore urges you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Current warranties do not apply to Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Implied Warranties
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) will be limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Damages
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Xiaomi is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Xiaomi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

RF (SAR) Exposure Information: This device complies with the specific absorption rate (SAR) limits for the general population/uncontrolled exposure (localized 10-gram SAR for head and trunk, limit: 2.0 W/kg) specified in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP guidelines, and RED (Directive 2014/53/EU). During SAR testing, this device was set to transmit at the highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands and placed in positions that simulate RF exposure during head use with no separation and near the body with a 5 mm separation. Factory Reset Instructions
Path: Settings > About phone > Factory reset. You can quickly erase local data on the device using "Factory reset." Data to be erased include: Accounts, contacts, photos and videos, applications, backups, data on the SD card, and other items on this device.

Safety Precautions
