Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd. hereby declares that this digital mobile phone is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU. The full text of the EU declaration of conformity is available at: www.mi.com/en/certification
Radio Frequency Exposure Information (SAR)
This device complies with the EU Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP guidelines, and Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) regarding limits for public exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (Specific Absorption Rate - SAR). The SAR limit for head and body is 2.0 W/kg averaged over 10 grams of tissue.
During SAR testing, the device transmitted at its highest certified power level across all tested frequency bands and was placed in positions simulating radio frequency exposure in close proximity to the head and 5 mm from the body.
The SAR values are based on measurements taken at a 5 mm distance from the body. To ensure compliance with radio frequency exposure levels, keep the device at least 5 mm away from your body. When carrying the device close to your body, use belt clips or cases without metal parts that maintain a minimum 5 mm distance. Accessories containing metal parts have not been tested or certified for compliance with radio frequency exposure and are not recommended.
SAR Certification Information (Peak SAR Values)
- SAR limit for 10g: 2.0 W/kg.
- Head SAR: 0.80 W/kg, Body SAR: 0.98 W/kg (at 5 mm distance).
