Important Safety Information
Read all safety information below before using your device:
- Using unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, electric shock, or other hazards or damage to the device.
- The operating temperature range for this device is 0°C to 40°C. Using this device outside this temperature range may damage the device.
- If your device is equipped with a built-in battery, do not attempt to replace the battery yourself to avoid battery or device damage.
- Charge this device only with the supplied or authorized cable and power adapter. Use only authorized accessories compatible with your device.
- After charging is complete, disconnect the adapter from both the device and the power outlet. Do not charge the device for more than 12 hours continuously.
- The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Improper handling of the battery may cause fire or explosion. Dispose of or recycle the device, its battery, and accessories according to your local regulations.
- Do not disassemble, strike, crush, or burn the battery. If the battery appears deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
- Do not short-circuit the battery, as this may cause overheating, burns, or other injuries.
- Do not place the battery in a high-temperature environment. Overheating may cause an explosion.

- Connect other devices according to their instruction manuals. Do not connect incompatible devices to this device.
- For AC/DC adapters, the socket-outlet should be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
Safety Measures
- Observe all applicable laws and regulations that restrict the use of mobile phones in specific situations and environments.
- Do not use your phone at gas stations or in any explosive atmosphere or potentially explosive environment, including fuel areas, below deck on boats, or chemical transfer or storage facilities, or in areas where the air may contain chemicals or particles such as grain, dust, or metal powders.
- Obey all posted signs to turn off wireless devices such as your phone or other radio equipment. Turn off your mobile phone or wireless device in an explosive zone or in areas where posted signs require you to turn off "two-way radio" or "electronic device" to prevent potential hazards.

If you have a medical device, consult your doctor and the device manufacturer to determine whether your phone may interfere with the device's operation. To prevent possible interference with a pacemaker, always maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between your mobile phone and your pacemaker. This can be achieved by using your phone on the ear opposite your pacemaker and not carrying your phone in a breast pocket. To prevent interference with medical devices, do not use your phone near hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other similar devices.
- Observe all aircraft safety regulations and turn off your phone on board an aircraft when required.
- When driving a vehicle, use your phone in accordance with applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- To prevent electric shock, do not use your phone outdoors during a thunderstorm.
- Do not use your phone to make calls while charging.
- Do not use your phone in places with high humidity, such as bathrooms. Doing so may cause electric shock, damage, fire, and damage to the charger.

RF Exposure Information (SAR)
This device complies with Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limits for the general population/uncontrolled exposure (localized 10-gram SAR for head and trunk, limit: 2.0 W/kg) as specified in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP exposure guidelines and RED (Directive 2014/53/EU).

This device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in the 5150 to 5350 MHz frequency range in Hong Kong.
Wi-Fi connectivity (including Wi-Fi frequency bands, Wi-Fi standards, and other features ratified in IEEE 802.11 specifications) may vary depending on the region, availability, and local network support. Feature may be added via OTA when and where applicable.
Restrictions in the 2.4 GHz band:
Norway: This subsection does not apply to the geographical area within a 20 km radius of the center of Ny-Ålesund.

Xiaomi Warranty Information
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights provided by the laws of your country, province, or state. In particular, the laws of some countries, provinces, or states provide for minimum warranty periods. Except as otherwise permitted by law, Xiaomi does not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights you may have. For a full understanding of your rights, we encourage you to consult the laws of your country, province, or state.
This contractual warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Xiaomi product (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) in its original form and does not apply to any software or other equipment owned by Xiaomi or third parties for which an end-user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or applicable.
Limited Product Warranty
Xiaomi warrants to the original purchaser that your Xiaomi Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Xiaomi’s published guidelines for the warranty period. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the warranty period provided for mobile phones purchased after June 1, 2022, covers two (2) years for the main unit, six (6) months for the removable battery and charger, and one (1) year, three (3) months for the earphones, if applicable, from the date of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xiaomi does not exclude, limit, or suspend the minimum warranty period stipulated by applicable law.
Xiaomi does not guarantee that the product’s operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In the event of a hardware defect and provided that Xiaomi receives a valid claim within the warranty period, Xiaomi will, at its option, (1) repair the Product free of charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product, excluding any potential shipping costs.
In case of defect, to the extent permitted by law, this is your sole and exclusive remedy. Shipping and handling charges may be reimbursed, except where prohibited by applicable law.
The warranty for any replacement hardware product will extend for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
In accordance with applicable law, Xiaomi may require the customer to provide details of proof of purchase and the warranty card with the Product’s IMEI. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Xiaomi will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of such materials.
Exclusions and Limitations
Unless otherwise stipulated by Xiaomi, this Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by Xiaomi that can be identified by the “Xiaomi” or “Mi” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) damage caused by acts of nature or external causes, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external causes; (b) negligence; (c) commercial use; (d) modification or alteration of any part of the Product; (e) damage caused by use with non-Xiaomi products; (f) damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (g) damage caused by operating the Product outside of Xiaomi’s published guidelines or intended use, or by incorrect voltage or power supply; (h) damage (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Xiaomi; or (i) violation of the instructions related to the use of the Product.
Recovery or reinstallation of software programs and user data: is not covered under this Limited Warranty. No Xiaomi reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, all other terms shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
Except where prohibited by law or as otherwise promised by Xiaomi, after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that were not properly imported and/or not properly manufactured by Xiaomi and/or not properly purchased from Xiaomi or an authorized Xiaomi reseller. In accordance with applicable law, you may have warranties from the unofficial resellers of Xiaomi from whom you purchased the product. Accordingly, Xiaomi encourages you to contact the reseller from whom you purchased the product.
The current warranties do not apply to Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Implied Warranties
Except as prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability/fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Damages
Except as prohibited by applicable law, Xiaomi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, or any other legal theory, even if Xiaomi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
