Assembly Instructions

Before you begin, ensure you have all parts and tools. Assembly may require two people for safety and ease.

Tools Required:

• Phillips head screwdriver ?
• Flat head screwdriver ?
• Hammer ?
• Drill with appropriate drill bits (e.g., 8mm, 3mm) ?️
• Measuring tape ?
• Pencil ✏️

The package contains various panels (bottom, sides, top, back), shelves, doors, handles, hinges, feet/wheels, and a comprehensive set of fasteners including screws, dowels, cam locks, and wall mounting hardware. Please refer to the diagrams in the original document for precise identification and quantities of each part.

Assembly Steps:

Step 1: Attach Feet to Base

Attach the four feet or wheel bases to the bottom panel using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened. ⚙️

Step 2: Insert Dowels

Insert wooden dowels into the designated holes on the side panels and any internal shelf supports.

Step 3: Attach Side Panels to Base

Attach the side panels to the bottom panel, securing them with screws or cam lock mechanisms.

Step 4: Attach Back Panel

Slide or attach the back panels into the grooves or designated areas on the rear of the unit. Secure them with small nails or screws if provided.

Step 5: Install Hinge Mounting Plates

Attach the hinge mounting plates to the inside of the side panels using the provided screws. Ensure correct orientation. ➡️

Step 6: Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled side panels. Secure it using the provided screws and cam lock mechanisms.

Step 7: Secure Structure with Cam Locks

Install cam lock nuts into the pre-drilled holes on the panels and then insert the cam lock screws, tightening them to secure the structure. ?

Step 8: Attach Hinges to Doors

Attach the hinge cups to the doors using the provided screws.

Step 9: Attach Doors to Unit

Mount the doors onto the unit by attaching them to the hinges already fixed to the side panels.

Step 10: Attach Handles

Screw the handles onto the front of the doors. ?

Step 11: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets

Attach the wall mounting brackets to the top rear of the unit using the provided screws. ?

Step 12: Install Feet/Wheels

If the unit has wheels or adjustable feet, attach them to the bottom panel. Screw them in until they are snug and allow for leveling. ⚖️

Step 13: Wall Mounting

Position the unit against the wall. Mark the wall through the mounting brackets. Drill holes in the wall, insert appropriate wall anchors (if needed), and then secure the unit to the wall using the provided screws. ?️

Step 14: Wall Mounting Considerations

Use the appropriate screws and wall anchors for your wall type (solid walls, hollow walls, wood). If unsure, consult a professional. ❓

Step 15: Install Shelf Supports

Insert the shelf support pins into the desired holes on the inside of the side panels.

Step 16: Insert Shelves

Place the shelves onto the installed shelf supports.

Step 17: Adjust Doors

Use the adjustment screws on the hinges to align the doors properly, ensuring they open and close smoothly and are level. ✔️
