SKRUVBY Cabinet Assembly Instructions
Important Safety Information: Preventing Tip-Over
WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using tip-over restraints.
To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:
- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Base Feet
Attach four base feet (part 152676) to the bottom panel using screws.
Step 2: Attach Side Panels
Connect the side panels to the bottom panel using screws (part 10047135).
Step 3: Insert Dowels
Insert dowels (part 101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.
Step 4: Secure Side Panels
Ensure the side panels are correctly positioned and secured to the bottom panel.
Step 5: Install Base Mechanism
Attach the base support mechanism components (parts 10078589, 10069936) to the bottom panel.
Step 6: Insert Back Panel
Slide the back panel into the grooves on the inside of the side panels.
Step 7: Attach Top Panel
Secure the top panel to the assembled frame using screws (part 10047135).
Step 8: Position Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the main cabinet structure.
Step 9: Secure Top Panel
Fasten the top panel using the base support mechanism components (parts 10078589, 10069936).
Step 10: Prepare Doors
Attach the door hinges (parts 10093081, 10093082) to the doors.
Step 11: Attach Hinges to Frame
Mount the hinges on the cabinet frame.
Step 12: Attach Hinges to Frame
Continue attaching hinges to the cabinet frame.
Step 13: Attach Hinges to Frame
Complete the attachment of hinges to the cabinet frame.
Step 14: Install Feet/Wheels
Attach the four feet or wheels to the bottom of the cabinet.
Step 15: Mount Doors
Attach the doors to the cabinet by connecting them to the hinges.
Step 16: Final Check
Ensure all components are securely fastened and the cabinet is stable.
Step 17: Wall Mounting Preparation
Important: For safety, the furniture MUST be secured to the wall. Use the provided anti-tip restraints.
The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If unsure, seek professional advice.
Step 18: Secure to Wall
Attach the anti-tip bracket to the wall using appropriate fixings (not always included, depending on wall type). Then, attach the other end of the bracket to the furniture.
Step 19: Install Shelf Supports
Insert the shelf support pins into the desired holes inside the cabinet.
Step 20: Insert Shelves
Place the shelves onto the shelf support pins.
Step 21: Insert Shelves
Insert remaining shelves.
Step 22: Attach Door Handles
Attach the door handles to the cabinet doors using the provided screws.
Step 23: Mount Doors
Attach the doors to the cabinet, aligning hinges with the pre-drilled holes.
Step 24: Attach Door Handles
Attach the second door handle.
Step 25: Attach Door Handles
Attach the final door handle.
Hinge Adjustment
Instructions are provided for adjusting the doors using the hinge screws to ensure proper alignment and closure.
