Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Feet
Action: Screw the 8 adjustable feet into the designated holes on the bottom panels of the unit. The feet allow for leveling the furniture.
Step 2: Connect Base and Sides
Action: Insert dowels into the side panels and bottom panels. Connect the side panels to the bottom panels and secure them using screws (16x). Insert and secure the back panels or internal dividers using screws (2x).
Step 3: Assemble Main Frame
Action: Continue connecting the main structural panels. Insert shelf supports into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels. Attach connecting brackets where indicated.
Step 4: Insert Shelves and Dividers
Action: Slide the internal dividers into their slots. Place the shelves onto the inserted shelf supports.
Step 5: Attach Top Panel
Action: Position the top panel onto the assembled frame. Secure it using the appropriate screws and connectors.
Step 6: Install Cable Management
Action: Route any necessary cables through the unit using the provided clips or channels to keep them organized.
Step 7: Attach Wall Mounting Hardware
Action: Attach the wall mounting brackets to the rear of the furniture unit using screws. These are critical for safety.
Step 8: Wall Mounting
Crucial Safety Step: Secure the furniture unit to the wall to prevent tip-over.
Action:
- Determine the correct mounting points on the wall. Refer to the diagrams for precise measurements (e.g., 43 mm, 600 mm, 514 mm, 600 mm, 43 mm from edges, with 80 mm height from the floor).
- If mounting into studs, use appropriate screws. If mounting into drywall, use suitable wall anchors (screws and anchors are NOT included).
- Attach the wall attachment plates to the wall at the marked positions.
- Lift the furniture unit and align the brackets on the unit with the plates on the wall. Secure the unit by sliding or clicking it into place.
Step 9: Final Adjustments
Action: Adjust the feet of the unit to ensure it is stable and level on the floor.
