Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Base and Sides

Attach the base panels to the side panels using 8x screws (118331).

Step 2: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels

Attach the outer part of the drawer slides (Part No. 10056137) to the inner faces of the side panels using 4x screws (153548). Ensure correct orientation (DL for left, DR for right).

Step 3: Connect Side Panels to Base

Insert 8x wooden dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the base panels. Connect the side panels to the base panels by aligning the dowels and holes.

Step 4: Secure Base and Sides

Insert 4x cam lock screws (100365) into the designated holes on the side panels. Secure the side panels to the base by inserting 4x cam locks (120076) and turning them to lock.

Step 5: Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled side panels.

Step 6: Assemble Drawer Box

Assemble the drawer box by connecting the drawer sides, back, and base panels. Attach the drawer front.

Step 7: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach the inner part of the drawer slides to the outer sides of the assembled drawer box using 4x screws (118331).

Step 8: Attach Back Panel

Attach the back panel to the rear of the main unit using 4x screws (101345).

Step 9: Insert Drawer

Carefully insert the assembled drawer into the main unit, aligning the drawer slides.

Step 10: Attach Drawer Handle

Attach the drawer handle (153548) to the drawer front using 2x screws (115339).

Step 11: Secure Drawer Front

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws (101221).

Step 12: Final Securing of Top Panel

Secure the top panel to the main unit by inserting 27x screws (101221) into the designated holes.

Step 13: Attach Drawer Slide Mechanism to Unit

Attach the outer part of the drawer slide mechanism to the main unit's side panels using the slide set (Part No. 10056137).

Step 14: Insert Drawer into Unit

Insert the drawer into the unit.
