  3. Install the detachable base by pressing both sides down firmly. Ensure it is correctly connected for the robot to return smoothly.
  4. Place the Omni Station in a location with a strong Wi-Fi signal and easy access for the robot. Recommended placement is against a wall on a hard, flat surface. Connect the power cable to the Omni Station and a power outlet. The LED ring on the clean water tank will light up white when connected.
  5. Recommended clearance: 1.6 ft / 0.5 m on sides, 3.28 ft / 1 m in front. Adjust as needed for your environment.
  6. Always keep the Omni Station connected to power for infrared connection functionality.
  7. Remove the clean water tank. Add clean water up to the MAX line. Do not use hot water.
  8. Reinstall the clean water tank. Ensure both clean and dirty water tanks are securely locked.

2.2 Charge Your RoboVac

  1. Remove foam blocks and all protective films from the RoboVac.
  2. Attach the robot to the Omni Station. RoboVac will power on automatically and begin charging.

2.3 Download the App

To access all features, download the eufy app:

  1. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or scan the QR code on the Quick Start Guide.
  2. Open the app, create a new account or log in to your existing eufy account.
  3. Tap the "+" icon to add the device.

3.1 Important Tips for Use

For RoboVac:

  • Remove power cables and small items (socks, toys, towels, etc.) from the floor to prevent entanglement.
  • Fold fringed rug edges inward. Avoid cleaning high-pile carpets or carpets thicker than 0.83 in / 21 mm.
  • Before mapping, place physical barriers in front of fireplaces and vents. Use virtual boundaries in the eufy app to prevent falls down stairs.
  • Avoid vacuuming large amounts of water, as it can damage the unit.
  • RoboVac can climb objects less than 0.83 in / 21 mm high; remove them if possible.
  • Anti-fall sensors prevent falls down stairs and edges, but are less effective if dirty or on reflective surfaces. Use physical barriers or No-Go zones for potential fall areas.

For Portable Deep Cleaner (PDC):

  • Ensure the water tank is filled with clean water. Do not use corrosive or flammable liquids.
  • Do not use on delicate textiles or surfaces sensitive to water or vigorous scrubbing. Test on a small, hidden area first.
  • Ensure the power cable is fully extended and not tangled to avoid tripping or damage.
  • After use, empty the dirty water tank and clean the spray nozzle and brush to prevent clogs.
  • When returning the unit to the base station, ensure the hose is coiled correctly to avoid damage.

3.2 Mapping

This feature helps the robot learn your home's layout for efficient cleaning. To maximize accuracy:

  • Open All Doors: Ensure all doors in the cleaning area are open for unobstructed access.
  • Block Restricted Areas: Use physical barriers initially for areas you don't want the robot to enter. Virtual boundaries can be set up in the app later.
  • Remove Obstacles: Clear toys, cables, and small furniture that could block the robot's path or get tangled.
  • Do Not Move the Base Station: The base station is a reference point for navigation and mapping. Moving it can disrupt the map's accuracy.

To start mapping, tap "Begin" in the app.

3.3 Set Up No-Go Zone and No-Mop Zone

Use the eufy app to create "No-Go Zones" or "No-Mop Zones" to define restricted areas. This feature is for dividing cleaning zones, not for isolating hazardous areas.

3.4 Schedule Cleaning

Schedule RoboVac to start cleaning at a specific time via the eufy app. You can set custom schedules from Sunday to Saturday. The "Do Not Disturb" period keeps RoboVac silent, disabling auto dust collection and voice prompts.

3.5 Select a Cleaning Mode

Start/pause cleaning and select cleaning modes via the eufy app. You can customize duration, water level, suction power, and other settings for each mode.

3.5.1 Home Cleaning Mode

Tap "Begin" in the eufy app. RoboVac will leave the Omni Station, determine its cleaning route automatically, and return to the Omni Station upon completion.

To pause cleaning, tap "Pause" in the app or press the Power button on the RoboVac.

3.5.2 Single Room Cleaning

Your house will be automatically divided into rooms in the eufy app. You can customize room settings. RoboVac will only clean selected rooms and return to the Omni Station. This mode requires the map to be created first. It is recommended to start room cleaning from the Omni Station.

3.5.3 Zone Cleaning

Create a cleaning zone and customize its size in the eufy app. RoboVac will only clean the selected zone.

4. Using the Mop System

  1. Start Cleaning: RoboVac will vacuum and mop automatically. You can select from three water levels via the eufy app during mopping.
  2. Maintenance: Regularly empty and clean the dirty water tank to prevent mold or odors. Refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section for detailed instructions.

5. Using RoboVac with Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant Compatible Devices

Control RoboVac with your voice using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Ensure:

  • RoboVac is connected to the Omni Station for sufficient power.
  • RoboVac is connected to the eufy app.
  • For Siri control, you have an iPhone or iPad with an updated iOS version.

To set up voice control:

  1. In the eufy app, navigate to the top-left menu and find "Smart Integrations".
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

6. Activating / Deactivating Child Lock

Activate the child lock in the eufy app via "More Settings" > "Child Lock". When activated, all buttons are locked to prevent accidental operation or damage.

7. Using the Portable Deep Cleaner

7.1 Prepare Your Portable Deep Cleaner

  1. Unplug the unit from the Omni Station, remove the cleaning unit cover, and detach the unit.
  2. Move the cleaning unit to the area to be cleaned and connect it to power.

7.2 Start Cleaning

  1. Remove the nozzle from its holder and unroll the water hose from the unit.
  2. Spray an appropriate amount of fabric cleaner onto the stain and let it sit for 1 minute.
  3. Press and hold the spray trigger to distribute water evenly over the stained area (e.g., carpets, sofas). Use the brush to gently scrub the surface while the cleaning unit simultaneously suctions up the water and stain mixture.
  4. After cleaning, let the unit run for an additional 5 seconds to allow the blower to extract any remaining water from the hose before turning it off.

7.3 Activate Self-Cleaning Mode

After cleaning, press the self-cleaning button to automatically clean the inside of the hose and nozzle. The self-cleaning process takes 5 seconds. Ensure the brush is upright during this process.

7.4 After Use

  1. Unplug the cleaning unit. Coil the hose around the unit in two neat loops and secure the nozzle in its holder. Do not coil the hose too tightly.
  2. Gently place the cleaning unit back onto the station and attach the cover, ensuring it sits correctly.
  3. Remember to connect the Omni Station to power so the RoboVac functions correctly on its next use.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance
