Parts List
Ensure you have all the necessary parts before starting assembly. The following components are included:
- 28x Connector screw (Part No. 100214)
- 52x Wooden dowel (Part No. 101350)
- 4x Screw for bracket (Part No. 109041)
- 2x Wall bracket (Part No. 102720)
- 2x Bracket screw (Part No. 100823)
- 1x Wall mounting bracket (Part No. 106989)
- 1x Wall mounting bracket (Part No. 100001)
- 1x Wall mounting bracket (Part No. 109049)
Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your TROFAST storage system:
Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
Take three (3x) side panels. Insert dowels into the designated holes on the edges of the panels.
Note: Ensure dowels are inserted correctly; incorrect insertion is indicated by a crossed-out symbol.
Step 2: Connect Panels
Attach the first set of side panels to the base/top pieces. Secure using 12 wooden dowels (Part No. 101350) inserted into pre-drilled holes.
Step 3: Add Internal Dividers
Connect internal vertical dividers to the assembled structure. Use 6 connector screws (Part No. 100214) for this step.
Step 4: Continue Adding Dividers
Add more internal vertical dividers. Secure these using 3 connector screws (Part No. 100214).
Step 5: Further Divider Assembly
Continue adding internal dividers, securing them with 3 connector screws (Part No. 100214).
Step 6: Attach Back Panels
Attach the back panels to the rear of the unit. Use 4 wooden dowels (Part No. 101350) to help position and secure them.
Step 7: Secure Back Panels
Further secure the back panels. Use 4 connector screws (Part No. 100214).
Step 8: Attach Top and Bottom Panels
Attach the top and bottom panels to complete the main frame structure.
Step 9: Attach Side Panels
Attach the remaining side panels to the structure. Use 12 wooden dowels (Part No. 101350) for alignment and initial securing.
Step 10: Final Frame Assembly
Complete the main frame assembly by attaching the final side panels. Use 12 connector screws (Part No. 100214).
Step 11: Install Wall Brackets on Unit
Attach the wall mounting brackets (Part No. 102720) to the top rear edge of the assembled unit. Secure them using 2 screws (Part No. 109041) per bracket.
Step 12: Secure Unit to Wall
Position the assembled TROFAST unit against the wall. Mark the wall through the holes in the wall mounting brackets. Drill holes and insert appropriate wall plugs (not included). Secure the unit to the wall using the provided wall mounting brackets (Part No. 102720) and suitable screws (e.g., Part No. 100823, 109049, 106989). Ensure the unit is firmly attached to prevent tipping.
