Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included:

  • 28x Dowel (Part 101350)
  • 52x Dowel (Part 101350)
  • 1x Part 106989
  • 4x Screw (Part 109041)
  • 2x Washer (Part 100823)
  • 2x Wall Bracket (Part 102720)
  • 1x Bracket (Part 109049)
  • 1x Bracket (Part 100001)

Note: Additional hardware such as screws and wall plugs for wall mounting are not included and must be purchased separately based on your wall type. Other parts like Part 100214 are used during assembly as detailed in the steps.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps to assemble your TROFAST storage system:

  1. Step 1: Prepare side panels. Insert three connector pieces into the designated slots on one side panel.
  2. Step 2: Attach the first side panel to the base and top pieces. Secure using 12x Dowels (Part 101350).
  3. Step 3: Connect the second side panel to the base and top. Secure with 6x Dowels (Part 100214) and 1x Screw (Part 100001).
  4. Step 4: Add the next set of vertical dividers. Secure with 3x Dowels (Part 100214).
  5. Step 5: Attach another side panel. Secure with 3x Dowels (Part 100214).
  6. Step 6: Connect the next set of vertical dividers. Secure with 4x Dowels (Part 101350).
  7. Step 7: Attach the final side panel. Secure with 4x Dowels (Part 100214).
  8. Step 8: Attach the back panel. Use screws (implied by diagram) to secure it to the frame.
  9. Step 9: Secure the frame further by connecting internal components using 12x Dowels (Part 101350).
  10. Step 10: Continue securing the frame structure using 12x Dowels (Part 100214).
  11. Step 11: Attach the wall mounting brackets (Part 102720) to the top of the unit using screws (Part 109041) and washers (Part 100823).
  12. Step 12: Secure the unit to the wall using the attached brackets. Ensure you use appropriate wall screws and plugs (not included) suitable for your wall type. The diagrams emphasize the critical importance of anchoring the furniture to the wall to prevent tip-over accidents.
