Assembly Steps

1. Step 1

   Prepare the base panels. Insert 12 dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the base panels. Attach side panels to the base panels using 8 screws (109041). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram, avoiding incorrect assembly methods.

2. Step 2

   Attach the vertical support pieces to the base panels. Insert dowels into the base panels and then attach the vertical supports.

3. Step 3

   Connect the two main frame sections. Insert dowels into the corresponding holes on the two sections and join them together.

4. Step 4

   Secure the frame. Insert 2 dowels (type not specified, likely 101350 or 118331) into the side panels and attach them to the main frame structure.

5. Step 5

   Place the top panel onto the assembled frame. Ensure it aligns correctly with the side panels.

6. Step 6

   Attach the back support panel. Use 4 screws (100214) and the provided allen key (100001) to secure the back panel to the frame.

7. Step 7

   Insert 2 dowels (118331) into the top panel for drawer runner attachment.

8. Step 8

   Attach the drawer runners to the side panels. Insert 2 dowels (101350) into the side panels and secure the runners.

9. Step 9

   Slide the back panel into place, ensuring it fits into the grooves on the side panels.

10. Step 10

    Install the drawer guides. Insert 2 cam locks (119252) and 2 cam bolts (119250) into the drawer guides and then attach them to the frame.

11. Step 11

    Attach the drawer front panel. Use the bag of nails (405950) and wedge (105494) as shown in the diagram, likely in conjunction with screws.

12. Step 12

    Attach the drawer sides to the drawer front. Use the bag of nails (405950) and wedge (105494) as shown in the diagram, likely in conjunction with screws.

13. Step 13

    Secure the drawer back panel. Use 25 nails (405950) and a hammer to attach the back panel to the drawer sides and bottom.

14. Step 14

    Attach the drawer handles. Use 4 screws (153548) to fix the handles to the drawer fronts.

15. Step 15

    Assemble the drawer base. Insert 4 dowels (101350) and secure with 2 dowels (118331) for the drawer base panels.

16. Step 16

    Insert 2 dowels (118331) into the drawer base panels.

17. Step 17

    Attach the drawer side panels to the drawer base. Insert dowels into the base and attach the side panels.

18. Step 18

    Install the drawer guides onto the drawer sides. Use 2 cam locks (103114) to attach the guides.

19. Step 19

    Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer frame.

20. Step 20

    Place the drawer top panel onto the assembled drawer frame.

21. Step 21

    Secure the drawer assembly. Use 4 screws (110519) and a hammer to fix the drawer components together.

22. Step 22

    Insert the assembled drawer into the main unit, aligning the runners.

23. Step 23

    Continue inserting the drawer, ensuring smooth movement.

24. Step 24

    Finalize drawer attachment. Use 2 screws (102323) to secure the drawer runners to the drawer sides. Ensure correct placement as indicated.
