TROFAST Storage System

Important Safety Information

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip over. To prevent tip over, this furniture must be used with the wall attachment device(s) provided. Screws and plugs for the wall are not included. Use screws and plugs suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully.

This warning is also provided in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Malay, Arabic, and Thai.

Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:

  • 6x Short planks (part 101350)
  • 3x Side panels (part 101350)
  • 1x Back panel (part 101350)
  • 8x Base supports/feet (part 153549)
  • 28x Screws (parts 100229/100232)
  • 52x Dowels (part 101350)
  • 24x Springs (part 100349)
  • 1x Small screw (part 109049)
  • 2x Washers (part 100823)
  • 1x L-bracket (part 106989)
  • 1x Allen key (part 100006)
  • 1x Long rail (parts 120056/130379)
  • Additional hardware for specific steps includes parts 100349, 109049, 106989, 100006.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Connect six short planks (part 101350) to two side panels (part 101350) using dowels (part 101350).

Step 2

Attach three back panels (part 101350) to the side panel assembly using screws (part 101350).

Step 3

Attach a base panel to the structure using screws (parts 100229/100232) and dowels (part 101350).

Step 4

Insert eight base supports (part 153549) into the bottom of the assembled frame.

Step 5

Attach side panels to the base structure using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 6

Attach another side panel to the base structure using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 7

Attach more side panels using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 8

Attach more side panels using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 9

Attach a side panel using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 10

Attach more side panels using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 11

Attach side panels using dowels (part 101350).

Step 12

Attach a back panel using dowels (part 101350).

Step 13

Slide a back panel into place.

Step 14

Attach a back panel using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 15

Attach two short planks (part 101350) to the frame using dowels (part 101350).

Step 16

Insert drawer runners or supports into the frame.

Step 17

Attach the final back panel using screws (parts 100229/100232).

Step 18

Attach the eight base supports (part 153549) to the bottom of the unit.

Step 19

Attach the long rail (parts 120056/130379) and a bracket assembly (parts 100349, 120056, 130379) to secure the structure.

Step 20

Attach the wall mounting bracket (part 106989) to the top of the unit using screws (parts 100823, 109049) and a rail component (part 106989). This is a critical safety step for preventing tip-over. ⚠️
