Google Maps Navigation
Easily find your way with Google Maps directions. For more information, see the relevant help article.
1. Google programs and services may not be available in all countries or languages. Data charges may apply. This feature requires your phone to be within Bluetooth range of your Fitbit device. 2. To use this feature, your compatible phone must be within Bluetooth range of your Fitbit device. Works with most phones running Android 9 or iOS 15 or later. Requires a Google Account and internet access.
Heart Rate Zones
Your Charge 6 personalizes your heart rate zones based on your heart rate reserve—the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. To achieve your chosen workout intensity, monitor your heart rate and heart rate zones on your wrist during exercise. Your Charge 6 notifies you when you reach a specific heart rate zone.
For more information, see the relevant help article.
Heart Rate on Your Device
Connect your Charge 6 to a compatible fitness equipment¹ to see real-time heart rate directly on your screen². For more information, see the relevant help article.
1. Compatible with fitness equipment that supports the Bluetooth heart rate profile, such as the latest models from iFit, Nordictrack, Peloton, Concept2, and Strava. However, not all Bluetooth-enabled devices and apps work the same way.
2. The heart rate data transmission is unencrypted, similar to how heart rate data is transmitted from chest straps.
Sleep
Track your sleep with your Charge 6 to automatically track your core sleep stats, including time asleep, sleep stages (light, deep, and REM), and sleep score (sleep quality). Your Charge 6 also automatically tracks your estimated blood oxygen level (SpO2) to detect possible breathing disturbances, and your skin temperature to see how it varies from your baseline.
To view your sleep stats, sync your tracker when you wake up and open the Fitbit app or tracker.
For more information, see the relevant help article.
Payments
Add your credit and debit cards to select Fitbit devices to make contactless payments directly from your device, even when you're abroad. Google Pay protects your payment information with multiple layers of security and one of the most advanced security infrastructures in the world, keeping your account safe. When you pay in stores, Google Pay doesn't share your actual card number, so your information stays secure. Using the contactless payment service on your Fitbit device also requires a personal 4-digit PIN code for added security. To confirm a payment, enter your PIN code the first time you make a contactless payment after removing your device or after 24 hours of inactivity.
