Heart Rate Zones
Your Charge 6 adjusts your heart rate zones with your heart rate reserve, which is the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. To help target your workout intensity of choice during exercise, check your heart rate and heart rate zone on your tracker. Your Charge 6 notifies you when you enter a heart rate zone.
For more information, see the related help article.

Sleep
Wear your Charge 6 to bed to automatically track basic sleep statistics, including time asleep, sleep stages (time in REM, light, and deep sleep), and your sleep score (sleep quality). Your Charge 6 also tracks your estimated overnight blood oxygen variations to help you identify potential breathing disturbances, as well as your skin temperature to see how it differs from your personal baseline and SpO2 levels, which estimate the amount of oxygen in your blood.
To view your sleep stats, sync your tracker when you wake up and check the Fitbit app, or swipe up from the clock face on your tracker.
