A Google account and internet access are required.
Heart Rate Zones
Your Charge 6 adjusts your heart rate zones based on your resting heart rate, which is the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. Check your heart rate and heart rate zone during exercise to help target your workout intensity. Your Charge 6 will notify you when you enter a heart rate zone.
For more information, see the related help article.
View Heart Rate on Other Devices
Connect your Charge 6 to your favorite compatible exercise equipment to view your real-time heart rate directly on the display. For more information, see the related help article.
Note: Compatible with exercise equipment that supports the Bluetooth Heart Rate Profile, such as the latest iFit, Nordictrack, Peloton, Concept2, and Strava models. However, not all Bluetooth-compatible devices and apps work similarly. Heart rate communication is unencrypted, similar to a heart rate monitor chest strap.
Sleep Tracking
Wear your Charge 6 to bed to automatically track sleep-related stats, including sleep duration, sleep stages (REM, light, and deep sleep), and sleep score (sleep quality). The Charge 6 also tracks estimated overnight oxygen variations to help identify potential breathing issues, and skin temperature to see how it varies from your personal baseline, and SpO2, which estimates the oxygen in your blood.
To view your sleep stats, sync your tracker when you wake up and check the Fitbit app, or swipe up from the clock face to access the tracker.
For more information, see the related help article.
Payments
Add your credit and debit cards to supported Fitbit devices to make contactless payments directly from your device, even when traveling abroad. Google Pay protects your payment information with multi-layered security and a robust security infrastructure. When you pay in stores, Google Pay does not share your actual card number, keeping your data secure. To make contactless payments with your Fitbit device, you need a personal 4-digit PIN code for added security. Enter your PIN code to authorize payment when you first initiate a contactless payment since taking off the device, or if 24 hours have passed since your last payment.
For more information, see the related help article.
Note: Google apps and services may not be available in all countries and languages. Data charges may apply.
