Heart Rate Zones
Your Charge 6 adapts your heart rate zones to your heart rate reserve, which is the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. To help target your workout intensity based on your preference during exercise, check your heart rate and heart rate zone on the tracker. Your Charge 6 will notify you when you enter a heart rate zone.
For more information, see the related help topic.
Heart Rate on Equipment
Connect your Charge 6 to your favorite fitness equipment and see your heart rate in real-time on the screen. Compatible with fitness equipment that supports the Bluetooth heart rate profile, such as the latest iFit, Nordictrack, Peloton, Concept2, and Strava models. However, not all Bluetooth-enabled devices and apps work the same way. Heart rate information is unencrypted, similar to a heart rate monitor strap.
For more information, see the related help topic.
Sleep
Wear your Charge 6 to bed to automatically track your sleep statistics, including your time to fall asleep, sleep stages (time spent in REM, light, and deep sleep), and your sleep score (your sleep quality). The Charge 6 also records estimated oxygen variation during the night to help you identify potential breathing disturbances, as well as your skin temperature to see how it differs from your baseline temperature, and SpO2 levels, which estimate the amount of oxygen in your blood.
To view your sleep statistics, sync your tracker when you wake up and view them in the Fitbit app or swipe up on the tracker's clock screen. For more information, see the related help topic.
Payments
Add your credit and debit cards to select Fitbit devices to make contactless payments directly from your device, even when you're traveling abroad. To confirm a payment, enter your PIN code the first time you make a contactless payment after removing your device from your wrist, or if it has been 24 hours since your last payment. Google apps and services may not be available in all countries or languages. Data charges may apply.
