Product Information
Using advanced conductivity testing technology and reverse polarity protection, the 12V-24V battery tester provides key information about the tested battery's condition for quick diagnosis of battery and charging issues.
Compatibility
Battery type and CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) values are indicated on the battery label; please check them before use. The tester supports the following battery types: VRLA, GEL, AGM, EFB, STD.
Safety Instructions
- This tester must be used in accordance with the instructions, taking into account the operating conditions and the type of work to be performed. Using the tester in a manner inconsistent with its intended use may cause dangerous situations.
- Before testing, ensure that the battery terminals are clean, as grease and dirt can cause errors in the test results.
- Wear safety glasses when working near batteries.
- To avoid electric shock, check that the insulation of the battery terminals is in normal condition (not damaged, bare, or disconnected).
- The test should be performed in a well-ventilated area. Explosive and toxic gases can be generated during testing.
- Keep hair, hands, clothing, and the tester's cables away from moving parts, blades, and belts.
- Do not store the tester in a place accessible to children.
- Do not place the tester near the engine or exhaust pipe to avoid damage from high temperatures of an operating car engine.
- Do not smoke, create sparks, or use matches near the battery during testing.
- Do not disconnect the battery terminals during testing.
- To prevent damage to the tester, do not place it in a wet or dusty environment.
- Do not disassemble the tester, as you may damage it.

How to Start the Tester?
The tester will check each battery against the selected system standard and parameters indicated on the battery to obtain an accurate result.
Before the test:
During testing, the engine and all other power sources must be turned off to obtain accurate results. If the battery is fully charged, turn on the vehicle's headlights for 2-3 minutes until the battery voltage drops to a normal value.
Steps:
- Connect the red positive (+) battery clip to the positive (+) battery terminal, and the black negative (-) battery clip to the negative (-) battery terminal. Ensure the clips are firmly and securely attached to the battery terminals for accurate results.
- Press [Up Arrow] ⬆️ or [Down Arrow] ⬇️ to select the battery type (as indicated on the battery label), and confirm with "ENTER". Illustration 2
- Press [Up Arrow] ⬆️ or [Down Arrow] ⬇️ to select the appropriate test standard (as indicated on the rating plate), and confirm again with "ENTER". Illustration 3
- Press and hold [Up Arrow] ⬆️ or [Down Arrow] ⬇️ and then select the battery's EDC/CCA values (as indicated on the rating plate or in the EDC/CCA parameter table). Illustration 4, Illustration 5
- Press "ENTER" to start the battery test. Illustration 6
