Product Information
Using the most advanced conductivity testing technology and reverse polarity protection, the 12V-24V battery tester provides critical information about the condition of the battery under test for quick diagnosis of battery and charging problems.
Compatibility
The battery type and CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) values are indicated on the battery label; refer to them before use. The tester supports the following battery types: VRLA, GEL, AGM, EFB, STD.
Safety Instructions
- This tester must be used in accordance with the instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the type of work to be performed. Using the tester in a manner inconsistent with its intended use may lead to dangerous situations.
- Ensure that the battery terminals are clean before testing, as grease and dirt may lead to errors in the test results.
- Wear safety glasses when working near batteries.
- To avoid electric shock, check that the insulation layer of the battery terminals is in normal condition (not damaged, not exposed or disconnected).
- The test should be conducted in a well-ventilated area. Explosive and toxic gases may be produced during the test.
- Keep hair, hands, and clothing, as well as the tester's cables, away from moving blades and belts.
- Do not store the tester in a place accessible to children.
- Do not place the tester near the engine or exhaust to avoid damage from high temperatures when the car engine is running.
- Do not smoke, create sparks, or use matches near the battery during the test.
- Do not remove the battery terminals during the test.
- To avoid damaging the tester, do not place it in a wet or dusty environment.
- Do not disassemble the tester, as this may damage it.

How to Start the Tester
The tester will check each battery according to the selected system and the parameters indicated on the battery to obtain accurate results.
Before the Test
The engine and all other energy sources must be turned off during the test for accurate results. Turn on the vehicle's headlights for 2-3 minutes until the battery voltage drops to a normal value, if the battery is fully charged.
Steps
- Connecting the terminals: The red positive (+) battery terminal connects to the positive (+) battery terminal, and the black negative (-) battery terminal connects to the negative (-) battery terminal. Ensure the clamps have a firm, secure grip on the battery terminals for accurate results.
- Selecting Battery Type: Press [button 1] or [button 3] to select the BATTERY TYPE (as indicated on the battery's type plate), confirm with "ENTER". (See Attachment 2)
- Selecting Test Standard: Press [button 1] or [button 3] to select the corresponding test standard (refer to the battery's type plate), confirm again with "ENTER". (See Attachment 3)
- Entering EDC/CCA Values: Keep pressing [button 1] or [button 3] and then select the battery's EDC/CCA values (refer to the battery's type plate or the EDC/CCA parameter table). (See Attachment 4 and Attachment 5)
- Starting the Test: Press "ENTER" to start the battery test. (See Attachment 6)
- Test Results: The test results are as follows: (See Attachment 7, 8, 9)
- SOH: State of Health
- R: Internal Resistance
- SOC: State of Charge
- VOLT: Battery Voltage
- EDC/CCA: Estimated Discharge Current
