FEATURES AND BENEFITS

(1) NFC

Contact communication is integrated as standard, enabling a wide range of solutions based on your needs. Simply pair the SST4 with the WatchGas application to manage your fleet, perform sampling, calibrate, assign, or download event logs. Refer to the Tap & Go application note for more information on the benefits of NFC and what it can do for you.

(2) ROBUST

Designed for the toughest environments, the SST4 offers an IP rating of 67-68. The housing is double-walled, providing increased robustness without compromising quality. Screen protectors on either side of the display serve to protect the LCD screen from scratches, which is necessary due to the smaller sensor profile.

(10) SENSOR

Utilizing the latest semiconductor technologies, our detectors for H₂S, CO, O₂, SO₂, and HCN offer stability and reliability in extreme temperatures and conditions. Sensors for toxic substances are smaller and, by eliminating liquid electrolyte, offer a longer lifespan. A choice of 3 different LEL sensors allows the user to adapt the device to their application and enables longer operating times compared to conventional technology.

(11) ALARM

As a safety device, it is essential that the unit clearly warns users of the presence of gas. The SST4 has a 95 dB alarm at 30 centimeters, which is the industry standard and necessary in noisy industrial environments. High, low, and TWA alarms can be configured by the customer and updated automatically on the device or via the SST Dock or WatchGas application.

DISPLAY

With the largest LCD screen in its class, the SST4's display ensures clear information delivery, allowing users to make quick decisions. Four gases can be displayed clearly in PPM and % vol. Correction factors can be set via the WatchGas application, enabling individual reading of the required target gas. Thanks to its backlight, it can be used in dark environments and illuminates during an alarm.

5 INNOVATION

In dirty and difficult environments where gas detectors are often used, many charging connectors become damaged. The SST4 has been designed with an inductive charging system that allows for simple and fast charging without the risk of cable and port damage or failure.
