WatchGas SST4 Micro & SST4 Mini Multi-Gas Detectors
The SST4 range is designed with simplicity, size, and the user in mind. With its compact yet robust design, the SST4 is there when you need it. With a wide choice of user options, the SST4 range is perfectly suited for any use, such as for use at high temperatures, in hazardous and classified environments, and for critical applications. Ensuring compliance and demonstrating compliance with high occupational safety standards is now easier using the SST4 range; simple configuration via the Watchgas app, calibration and bump testing with storage and reporting to the cloud via the RTR software (optional). This way, the instrument fleet is always under control from a management, maintenance, and supervision perspective.

Easy Configuration via NFC
The integrated Near Field Communication (NFC) as standard allows for a wide range of solutions depending on your needs. Simply pair it with the WatchGas app to manage your instrument fleet, perform bump tests, calibrate, assign, or download event logs. Alerts and Alarms
As a safety device, it is essential that the device clearly alerts users to the presence of gas. The SST4 has a 95 dB alarm at 30 centimeters, which is the industry standard and required in noisy industrial environments. High, high-high, low, low-low, TWA, and STEL alarms can be configured by the customer and automatically updated directly on the device or via the SST Dock.
Wireless Charging
In dirty and harsh environments where gas detectors are often used, connectors may fail to make contact or become damaged. The SST4 has been designed with inductive charging, allowing for simple and fast charging without the risk of cables and ports being damaged or failing. A full charging cycle takes 2-3 hours. The SST4 range includes various accessories for battery charging.
Robust Design
Designed with the toughest environments in mind, the SST4 offers an ingress protection rating of IP65-68. The housing is a double-snap enclosure that provides extra robustness without compromising quality. Screen protectors positioned on both sides of the display serve to protect the LCD display from scratches and are necessary due to the smaller sensor profile.
Sensors
Utilizing the latest solid-state technologies, our sensors for O2, H2S, SO2, and CO offer great stability and reliability even at extreme temperatures and critical environmental conditions. The special technology used for our toxic gas sensors allows for very small dimensions and a longer lifespan, thanks to the elimination of electrolytic cells. The SST4 range can use three different %LEL sensors for flammable gases, allowing for correct and precise detection and perfect compatibility for every application requirement and safety condition.
