Step 1: Install the Support plate
Attach the Support plate (5 & 6) to the Crossbeam (3&4) using M6 bolts (A). Tighten with hex key (G).

Step 2: Install the Lifting column
Connect the Lifting column (2) with Crossbeam (3&4) using M6 bolts (B). Tighten with hex key (G).

Step 3: Install the Desk foot
Connect the Desk foot (1) with Lifting column (2) using M6 bolts (C). Tighten with hex key (G).

Step 4: Install the Desktop & Control box
Place the Desktop, attach it to the Support plate (5&6) and Control box (8) using ST4.2 screws (F). Tighten with drill.
Use cable tie (E) to fix the connecting cables on the desk and tighten with ST4.2 screws (D) to keep them tidy.
Connect the keypad cable, power cord (9) and motor cable to the control box (8) as shown on the picture.

Step 5: Install the Keypad
Attach the Keypad (7) to the desktop. Tighten with drill.

Handset Instruction
Handset Components
- LED Display
- UP Button: Used to lift the desk surface.
- DOWN Button: Used to lower the desk surface.
- Position 1 (1): Saves the 1st Height Position.
- Position 2 (2): Saves the 2nd Height Position.
- Position 3 (3): Saves the 3rd Height Position.
- SAVE Button (M): Used to save the height position.
- REMINDER Button (A): Used to activate the "Long-Time Sitting Reminder" function.
Operation Guide
Press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of desk surface. The LED display shows the real-time value. The range of the height value is 28" - 47.2".
Saving A Height Position
- Press the UP button or DOWN button to adjust the height (e.g., to 29.5").
- Press the "M" SAVE button; the LED display shows "-", then press "1" to save the 1st height position. The LED display shows "S-1".
- Repeat steps a and b to save the 2nd height position (e.g., to 39.4", display "S-2") and the 3rd height position (e.g., to 47.2", display "S-3").
- Press "1", "2", or "3" to automatically reach the saved height.
Long-Time Sitting Reminder
- Press the REMINDER button "A" to activate the function; the LED display shows "00".
- After two seconds, press the "A" or "V" (down arrow) button to adjust the reminder time when the display flashes. Press any button to save, or wait 5 seconds for automatic save. The system enters countdown; any operation restarts the timer. When the countdown finishes, a buzzer sounds ("DiDi...DiDi...DiDi...") for 10 seconds.
- During the 10-second reminder buzz, press any button to reactivate the countdown. If no operation, another reminder buzz occurs after 5 minutes. No operation during the second buzz turns off the reminder.
- Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder; the LED display shows "OFF".
Adjust the sensitivity of anti-collision
- Keep pressing the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to switch sensitivity between level 1, 2, 3.
- "A-" indicates low sensitivity, "A-2" indicates middle sensitivity, and "A-3" indicates high sensitivity.
- Anti-collision stops the desk automatically and moves it in the opposite direction when an obstruction is detected during movement.
How to operate the self-balancing function
- Enter Main Menu: Long press the "M" key. Sub-menus appear: (ACT), (CHE), (dOT). Press UP/DOWN to switch modes.
- Auto-leveling function: In (ACT) menu, short press "M" to enter (SET) for auto-leveling. Press any key during leveling to exit.
- Manual-leveling function: In (dOT) menu, short press "M" to manually adjust leveling when (SET) flashes. Press UP or DOWN to control individual leg movement. Short press "M" to exit.
- Set balancing position in default: In (CHE) mode, short press "M" to turn on offset record function when (SET) appears.
Attention: Menus automatically exit after 5 seconds of inactivity unless specified.
Troubleshooting

Reset function and Troubleshooting
- Reset function definition: When LED display shows "ASI", press and hold the UP button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop, displaying the lowest height. Reset process finished.
- When exception code E01 or E02 occurs, retry 18 minutes later.
- If the UP button does not work, check the cable connection, cut off power for at least 10 seconds, reconnect, press the UP button, and when the LED display shows "AST", start the reset process by pressing the UP button.
If problems persist after trying these solutions, please contact customer service.
Attention

- Before cleaning, unplug the power supply cable. Clean with a slightly damp cloth to wipe away surface dust. Keep electrical components away from liquids. Do not damage the connection line and keep the plug in a safe position.
- The control box contains electronic components, metal parts, plastic parts, wires, etc. Dispose of them according to local laws and regulations; do not dispose of them as household waste.
- Before using the product, ensure it has been installed correctly.
- Before starting use, read the instructions to fully understand all product functions and settings.
- Keep children away from electric height-adjustable desks, control units, and handsets. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages resulting from children's unpredictable behavior.
- Slight noise from the multi-wedge belt or brake system does not impact product use.
- Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials for cleaning. Dispose of cleaning solutions in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Understand the risks associated with using this product. Children or those with cognitive impairment should not use this product without supervision.
- If the power supply cord is damaged or broken, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a relevant specialist to avoid injuries.
- Operate in a clean and safe environment. Do not leave tools lying around. Be careful with packaging materials to avoid potential dangers. Choking risk exists when children play with plastic bags!
- If necessary, retain the original package for future transportation.
Recycling and Disposal
This product cannot be disposed of as household waste. To prevent environmental damage, this product should be recycled. Please use available recycling systems or contact the distributor or manufacturer for recycling assistance.

This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. It extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit.

- FlexiSpot Desk Bikes: 1-year warranty for frame, electronics, and other mechanisms (from 2020).
- FlexiSpot Mini Steppers: 3-year warranty (from 2020).
- FlexiSpot Monitor Mounts: 5-year warranty for arms, gas spring systems, and other mechanisms (from 2020).
What are your Remedies?
FlexiSpot will replace defective parts at no charge, or at its option, replace the defective product or part under normal use. If replacement or repair is not practical, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items within the continental United States are shipped at no cost. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping costs outside the continental United States are the customer's responsibility.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR REFUND) IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. FLEXISPOT ASSUMES NO OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY.
What is Not Covered?
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
- Failure to follow product instructions and guidelines.
The limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.
How to File a Claim?
To receive warranty benefits, process your claim according to the terms. Contact customer service via email at contact@FlexiSpot.com or toll-free at 855-421-2808. Provide the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date and place.
Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages
Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to this warranty's duration. FlexiSpot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
