FlexiSpot Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. It extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers benefit from this warranty.
What is Covered?
- FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames: 5-year warranty for the frame, 3-year warranty for the motor, controller, switch, and other mechanisms (for desks purchased on or after October 1, 2016).
- FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations: 5-year warranty for the frame and medium-fiber desktop, 3-year warranty for gas spring system and mechanisms (for desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016).
- FlexiSpot Desk Bikes: 3-year warranty for the frame, 1-year warranty for electronics and other mechanisms (for desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016).
- Accessories (e.g., Monitor Mounts): 5-year warranty for the arms, 3-year warranty for gas spring system and mechanisms (for accessories purchased on or after October 5, 2016).
What are Your Remedies?
FlexiSpot will, at its option, replace defective parts or the entire product. If replacement or repair is not practical or timely, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacements shipped within continental Europe are at no cost. Expedited shipping or shipping outside continental Europe may incur additional costs.
Note: Repair or replacement, or refund in limited circumstances, is the exclusive remedy. FlexiSpot does not authorize any other obligation or liability.
What is Not Covered?
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
- Failure to follow product instructions and guidelines.
Note: Warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages
Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the warranty duration. FlexiSpot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Step 1: Install desk feet
Attach the desk foot (1) to the lifting columns (2 & 3) using 8 M6 bolts (E) and the 5x5 hex key (A).

Step 2: Install crossbeam
Loosen 4 bolts in the crossbeam (4) using Wrench A to lengthen it. Connect the two columns (2,3) with the crossbeam using screw F, then tighten them with Wrench A.

Step 3: Install transmission rod
1. Loosen Transmission Rod 5 from column 2.
2. Extend the rod and insert it into Column 3 (with motor), then tighten it by wrench A.

A note indicates to insert the rod until the shaft stopper touches the column. Another note advises rotating the rod less than 1/3 turn when inserting into the motor for smooth lifting.
Step 4: Install support plates
Connect the support beam (6) with columns (2,3) using screw F. Then tighten screw C in the holes on the side beam using the 5x5 wrench A.

Step 5: Install adapter holder, desktop, and keypad
1. Align the frame with the pre-set screw holes on the bottom of the desktop.
2. Attach the adapter holder (11) to the crossbeam (4).
3. Attach the frame to the desktop with screws (D).

Step 6: Tighten the crossbeam and transmission rod
Tighten down the 4 bolts in the crossbeam using the 4x4 hex key (A). Tighten the hex bolt in the middle of the transmission rod using wrench (G).

Step 7: Install baffle and adapter
Attach the baffle (8) to the crossbeam using M4 bolts (B) and tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (A).
Insert the adapter (7) into the holder (11).

Step 8: Install and sort out power cord
1. Connect the power cord (9) to the adapter (7).
2. Connect the patch cord to the DC port and the motor cord to the M1 port on the adapter.
3. Use the cable tie (10) to fasten cables to the desktop.
Warning: Connect to wall power ONLY after all other cables are properly connected.

Keypad Instruction
UP Button: Used to lift the desk surface.
DOWN Button: Used to lower the desk surface.
Height Adjusting Function: Press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of the desk surface.

Reset Procedure
- At the lowest position, long press the DOWN button for 5 seconds to enter reset mode. The lifting system will bottom out and rebound slightly, indicating a successful reset.
- If the lifting system fails, long press the DOWN button until the system bottoms out and rebounds slightly to reset.
Troubleshooting
- No Response: If there is no response after continuous work, let the desk idle for at least 18 minutes before operating again.
- Unexpected Reversal: Check if the desk load is too heavy or if it experiences excessive shaking.
- Uneven Columns: Refer to the "standing desk leg problem" video at https://www.flexispot.com/deskresources#3 for troubleshooting.

- Cleaning: Unplug the power supply before cleaning. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Keep electrical components away from liquids. Do not damage connection lines.

- Usage: Ensure correct installation before use. Read instructions fully. Keep children away from desks, control units, and handsets. Manufacturer is not responsible for damages from children's unpredictable behavior.
- Noise: Slight noise from the multi-wedge belt or brake system does not impact product use.
- Cleaning Agents: Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials. Dispose of cleaning solutions responsibly.
- Risks: Understand product risks. Children or those with cognitive impairment should not use without supervision.
- Power Cord: If damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist.
- Environment: Operate in a clean, safe environment. Be careful with packaging materials to avoid hazards (e.g., choking risk from plastic bags).
