Preparation before Installation
Before you begin:
- Install on carpet to prevent scratches.
- Bring your own Phillips screwdriver or pistol drill. ?⚡️

Installation Guide
Step 1: Attach the support beam (left) to the lifting column II (x2)
Use Screw A (x1) and Screw 5x5 (x2). ⚠️ Attention: Position the nail into the designated hole.
Step 2: Attach the support beam (right) to the lifting column I (x2)
Use Screw A (x1) and Screw 5x5 (x2). ⚠️ Attention: Position the nail inside the designated hole.
Step 3: Install transmission rod
Insert the rod into the corresponding lifting column. ⚠️ Please ensure that the rotation angle does not exceed 60 degrees. Use Screw D (x2) and Screw 5x5 (x2). ⚠️ Please ensure proper alignment of the designated end of the rod with the mounting holes. Tighten the screw.
Step 4: Install side bracket
Use Screw A (x1) and Screw 5x5 (x2).
Step 5: Install the foot
Use Screw A (x1) and Screw 4x4 (x4). ⚠️ Attention: Prioritize the installation of diagonal screws.
Step 6: Assemble the frame
Use Screw A (x1), Screw 4x4 (x4), Screw 2.5x2.5 (x2), Screw 5x5 (x2). ⚠️ Attention: The installation steps for the right part are the same as those for the left part.
Step 7: Install connection rod
Pre-tighten screws B and C first. Use Screw 4x4 (x4), Screw 3x3 (x4). Insert the rod. Pre-tighten screws.
Step 8: Install desktop
Ensure the tabletop's strength and weight do not exceed 540 lbs. Customize the spacing between the support beams to suit your specific needs, and secure the table plate's position by firmly tightening screws B and C. The installation steps are as follows: Use Screw G (x12). ⚠️ Prepared by customer.
Step 9: Install baffle
Use Screw G (x4). ⚠️ Prepared by customer.
Step 10: Install handset
Install the handset on the tabletop with the screws (Select one of the designated places). Use Screw G (x4). ⚠️ Prepared by customer.
Step 11: Install the control box
Install the control box on the tabletop with screws, with precise placement indicated at designated 'Place A'. Use Screw G (x2). ⚠️ Please ensure that the box is mounted in the orientation as indicated. ⚠️ Prepared by customer.
Step 12: Connect cables to the control box
Connect the power cord port, lifting column cable port, and handset cable port to the control box. Use Screw E (x4) and Screw F (x4). All wires can be fixed on the table with cable tie (F). Also can fix cable tie (F) on the desktop with the screw (E) to integrate wires. ⚠️ Prepared by customer.
Wire Management:
- Rip off
- Sort out cords
- Buckle up
Step 13: Turn over the desk
⚠️ Turn over the desk, make sure the handset is facing upwards along the process.
Handset Control Method and Setting
Overview:
The handset features Up/Down buttons, LED Display, Height positions saved by the user, and a USB port.
⚠️ Please ensure that there are no obstacles when adjusting the table's height.
Recommended Presets: Set "M" for the most comfortable sitting height and " " for the most comfortable standing height. Customize the remaining two preset heights as needed.
Height Memory Function:
a. Press UP or DOWN button to adjust to the desired height. Press "M" to save the height. The screen will display "5-1". Press "1", "2", or "3", "4" then, to save the height to the corresponding position.
b. Press "1", "2", "3", or "4" buttons directly to automatically adjust to the saved memory height.
Child Lock Function:
a. When child lock is on, the blue indicator light ( and M) lights up.
b. Pressing the button indicator flashes once.
c. To unlock or start child lock, press and hold the M button for about 5 seconds.
d. All buttons work normally only when the child lock is unlocked.
USB Charging Function:
USB output: QC2.0/QC3.0, 5.0V / 9.0V / 12.0V, ±5%, current: 1.0A.
Collision Prevention Sensitivity Adjustment (Optional):
a. Press and hold the "M" button for 5 seconds to switch sensitivity. Levels: A-0 (off), A-1 (low), A-2 (medium), A-3 (high).
b. During height adjustment, contact with an object stops and reverses the desk to avoid damage.
c. If the display does not show the above codes, the anti-collision function is off.
Troubleshooting:
Reset: When LED shows "ASS", press "▼" button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop. Reset is complete.
Error Codes: If "E01" or "E02" appears, wait 18 minutes and retry. If the "M" button doesn't work, check cable connections, cut power for 10 seconds, reconnect, and press "M" to start reset.
If issues persist, contact customer service.

The distance lifted or lowered is not accurate | 1. Press and hold "M" and "+" for 3 seconds until BEEP twice to restore factory settings. 2. Contact the distributor or manufacturer. |
Attention and Safety Information

Slight noise from the multi-wedge belt or brake system does not affect product use.

If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist.

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. It extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing from authorized retailers benefit from this warranty.
What is Covered?
FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames:
- 15 years: Metal, mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components for E7 series.
- 10 years: Metal, mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components for E5 series.
- 5 years: Metal, mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components for other height adjustable desks (excluding E5, E7 series).
FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations:
5-year warranty for frame, medium-fiber desktop, and mechanisms for desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
FlexiSpot Desk Bikes:
3-year warranty for frame, 1-year for electronics/mechanisms for bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
FlexiSpot Mini Steppers:
1-year warranty for frame and other mechanisms for steppers purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
Accessories:
5-year warranty for monitor mount arms, 3-year for gas spring system/mechanisms for mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
What are Your Remedies?
FlexiSpot will replace defective parts or the product at no charge. If repair is not practical or timely, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items shipped within the continental US are free; expedited shipping and shipping outside the US incur costs.
Exclusive Remedy: Repair or replacement (or refund) is the exclusive remedy. FlexiSpot assumes no other obligation or liability.
What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not from material/workmanship defects.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, materials, or products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
- Failure to follow product instructions and guidelines.
- Returned products with removed/damaged labels or alterations.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages:
