Installation Steps

Step 1: Attaching Desk Feet

Attach the desk feet (1) to the lifting columns (2 & 3) using eight M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C).

Step 2: Installing the Beam

Loosen four bolts on the beam (4) using the 4x4 hex key (C). Stretch the beam (4) to the desired length. Attach the beam (4) to the legs using four M8x50mm bolts (B) and tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C). Finally, tighten the four previously loosened bolts on the beam (4) using the 4x4 hex key (C). Adjust the beam length according to the desktop size.

Step 3: Installing the Transmission Rod

Attach the transmission rod (5) to the lifting columns (2 & 3). First, attach one leg (2) as shown, then attach the other leg (3) as shown. Tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (D). Warning: To ensure the motor works correctly, rotate the rod less than 1/3 of a circle as indicated.

Step 4: Attaching Brackets

Attach the brackets (6) to the lifting columns (2 & 3) using four M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C).

Step 5: Attaching Worksurface and Baffle

Place the worksurface and attach it to the brackets (6) using fourteen ST4.2x20mm screws (F) and a drill. Attach the baffle (8) to the beam (4) using four M4x6mm bolts (E) and tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (D).

Step 6: Connecting Cables

Connect the handset cable, power cord (10), and motor cable to the control box (7) as shown in the picture. Use cable ties (11) to secure the connecting cables to the desk frame for tidiness.

Handset Instruction

The handset controls the desk's height adjustment and memory functions.

• UP Button: Used to lift the desk surface.
• DOWN Button: Used to lower the desk surface.
• "1", "2", "3": Position buttons to save and recall specific height positions.
• "M" (SAVE button): Used to save the current height position.
• "A" (REMINDER button): Activates the "Long-Time Sitting Reminder" function.

LED Display: Shows the current height or status.

Operation Guide

Press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the desk height. The LED display shows the real-time height value, ranging from 28" to 47.6".

Saving a Height Position

1. Adjust the desk to the desired height using the UP or DOWN buttons.
2. Press the "M" (SAVE) button. The LED display will show "-".
3. Press a position button ("1", "2", or "3") to save the height. The display will confirm the saved position (e.g., "S-1").
4. Repeat for other desired height positions.
5. Press the saved position buttons ("1", "2", "3") to automatically move the desk to those heights.

Long-Time Sitting Reminder

1. Press the "A" (REMINDER) button to activate the function. The LED display shows "00".
2. After two seconds, press "A" or another button to set the reminder time while the display flashes. Press any button to save, or wait 5 seconds for automatic saving.
3. The system will count down. Any operation will reset the timer.
4. When the countdown finishes, a buzzer will sound ("DiDi...DiDi... DiDi...").
5. During the buzzer, pressing any button restarts the countdown. If no operation occurs, another reminder will sound after 5 minutes.
6. Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to turn off the reminder function. The LED display will show "OFF".

Troubleshooting

This section helps identify and solve common faults. Contact the manufacturer if your issue is not listed.

Reset Function: When the LED display shows "ASI", press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop, displaying the lowest height. The reset process is finished.

Exception Codes: For E01 or E02 errors, wait 18 minutes before retrying. If the DOWN button does not work, check cable connections, disconnect power for at least 10 seconds, reconnect, and press the UP button. The display should show "ASI", then press the DOWN button to initiate the reset process.

• Before cleaning, unplug the power supply cable. Clean with a slightly damp cloth. Keep electrical components away from liquids and do not damage connection lines.
• Internal components (electronic, metal, plastic, wires) must be disposed of according to local laws and regulations, not as household waste.
• Ensure the product is installed correctly before use.
• Read all instructions to understand product functions and settings.
• Keep children away from electric desks, control units, and handsets. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages resulting from children's unpredictable behavior.
• Slight noise from the belt or brake system does not affect product use.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning materials. Dispose of cleaning solutions environmentally.
• Understand product risks. Children or those with cognitive impairment should not use without supervision.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist.
• Operate in a clean and safe environment. Keep tools tidy. Handle packaging materials carefully to avoid danger. Plastic bags pose a choking risk to children.
• Retain the original package for future transportation if necessary.

Recycling and Disposal

This product should not be disposed of as household waste. To protect the environment, recycle this product using available recycling systems or contact the distributor or manufacturer for assistance.

FlexiSpot Limited Warranty

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for new FlexiSpot products. It extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing from authorized retailers benefit from this warranty.

What is Covered?

• Height Adjustable Desk Frames: 5-year warranty for the frame; 3-year warranty for motor, controller, switch, electronics, and other mechanisms for desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
• Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations: 5-year warranty for the frame; warranty for medium-fiber desktop and mechanisms for standing desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
• Desk Bikes: 3-year warranty for the frame; 1-year warranty for electronics and other mechanisms for desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
• Mini Steppers: 1-year warranty for the frame and other mechanisms for mini steppers purchased on or after October 5, 2016.
• Accessories (e.g., Monitor Mounts): 5-year warranty for arms; 3-year warranty for gas spring system and mechanisms for monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
• Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
• Failure to follow product instructions and guidelines.
• Returned products with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.

What are Your Remedies?

FlexiSpot will replace defective parts or, at its option, replace the defective product or part. If replacement or repair is not practical or timely, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items within the continental United States are shipped at no cost (FedEx Ground standard). Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping costs for addresses outside the continental US are the purchaser's responsibility.

Limitation of Remedies: Repair, replacement, or refund (in limited circumstances) is the exclusive remedy. FlexiSpot assumes no other obligation or liability.

How to File a Claim?

To claim warranty service, contact customer service via email at contact@FlexiSpot.com or call toll-free at 855-421-2808. Provide the sales receipt or proof of purchase date and place.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages

Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the warranty duration. FlexiSpot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or revenue), even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
