Installation Steps

Step 1: Attaching Desk Feet

Attach the desk feet (1) to the lifting columns (2 & 3) using eight M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C).

Step 2: Installing the Beam

Loosen four bolts on the beam (4) using the 4x4 hex key (C). Stretch the beam (4) to the desired length. Attach the beam (4) to the legs using four M8x50mm bolts (B) and tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C). Finally, tighten the four previously loosened bolts on the beam (4) using the 4x4 hex key (C). Adjust the beam length according to the desktop size.

Step 3: Installing the Transmission Rod

Attach the transmission rod (5) to the lifting columns (2 & 3). First, attach one leg (2) as shown, then attach the other leg (3) as shown. Tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (D). Warning: To ensure the motor works correctly, rotate the rod less than 1/3 of a circle as indicated.

Step 4: Attaching Brackets

Attach the brackets (6) to the lifting columns (2 & 3) using four M6x16mm bolts (A). Tighten with the 5x5 hex key (C).

Step 5: Attaching Worksurface and Baffle

Place the worksurface and attach it to the brackets (6) using fourteen ST4.2x20mm screws (F) and a drill. Attach the baffle (8) to the beam (4) using four M4x6mm bolts (E) and tighten with the 2.5x2.5 hex key (D).

Step 6: Connecting Cables

Connect the handset cable, power cord (10), and motor cable to the control box (7) as shown in the picture. Use cable ties (11) to secure the connecting cables to the desk frame for tidiness.

Handset Instruction

The handset controls the desk's height adjustment and memory functions.

LED Display: Shows the current height or status.

Operation Guide

Press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the desk height. The LED display shows the real-time height value, ranging from 28" to 47.6".

Saving a Height Position

  1. Adjust the desk to the desired height using the UP or DOWN buttons.
  2. Press the "M" (SAVE) button. The LED display will show "-".
  3. Press a position button ("1", "2", or "3") to save the height. The display will confirm the saved position (e.g., "S-1").
  4. Repeat for other desired height positions.
  5. Press the saved position buttons ("1", "2", "3") to automatically move the desk to those heights.

Long-Time Sitting Reminder

  1. Press the "A" (REMINDER) button to activate the function. The LED display shows "00".
  2. After two seconds, press "A" or another button to set the reminder time while the display flashes. Press any button to save, or wait 5 seconds for automatic saving.
  3. The system will count down. Any operation will reset the timer.
  4. When the countdown finishes, a buzzer will sound ("DiDi...DiDi... DiDi...").
  5. During the buzzer, pressing any button restarts the countdown. If no operation occurs, another reminder will sound after 5 minutes.
  6. Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to turn off the reminder function. The LED display will show "OFF".

Troubleshooting

The distance lifted or lowered is not accurate1. Press and hold the "M" and "3" buttons for three seconds until you hear BEEP twice to restore factory settings.

Reset Function: When the LED display shows "ASI", press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop, displaying the lowest height. The reset process is finished.

Exception Codes: For E01 or E02 errors, wait 18 minutes before retrying. If the DOWN button does not work, check cable connections, disconnect power for at least 10 seconds, reconnect, and press the UP button. The display should show "ASI", then press the DOWN button to initiate the reset process.

FlexiSpot will replace defective parts or, at its option, replace the defective product or part. If replacement or repair is not practical or timely, FlexiSpot may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items within the continental United States are shipped at no cost (FedEx Ground standard). Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping costs for addresses outside the continental US are the purchaser's responsibility.

Limitation of Remedies: Repair, replacement, or refund (in limited circumstances) is the exclusive remedy. FlexiSpot assumes no other obligation or liability.
