Subscription Details

Technology for access: Via Internet

Payment Method: Credit Card

Target Clientele: New Sky customers who have not been Sky subscribers in the last 18 months (term starting from the date of termination of the previous subscription). The offer can only be subscribed to once.

Activation Fee and Installation Cost (one-time): Activation Fee included with Sky Q via internet subscription (instead of €99). Delivery cost for Sky Q via internet decoder included (instead of €49).

Contract Terms

Contract Duration: 30 days from the date Sky enables the use of the Sky Service. Upon expiry, the subscription will not be tacitly renewed and will automatically cease. The termination of the offer leads to the termination of the contract.

Subscription Fee

Subscription Fee: €9 for 30 days for Intrattenimento Plus Standard (Sky TV + Netflix), Sky Kids, Sky Cinema, Sky Calcio, and Sky Sport.

Technological Service: Sky Go does not incur additional costs beyond the subscription fee for the Sky Service.

During the viewing period, changes to the subscription composition or the addition and activation of services/products not included in the offer (such as Sky Ultra HD and Sky Multiscreen technological services) cannot be requested.

Decoder provided on a free loan basis.

Cancellation and Early Termination

Deactivation and Early Termination Fee (one-time): Not required

Conditions for Returning Sky Materials upon Contract Termination

Within 60 days of the Offer's termination, if not subscribing to the Sky Open or Sky Smart Profile Contract, it is necessary to return the decoder by handing it in at a Sky Service point (list of Service points available on the Sky.it website or by calling Sky Customer Service). In case of non-return, a penalty of a maximum of €70 will be charged directly to the provided payment method.

Applicable Contractual Conditions

The Offer is governed by the "Special Conditions of the Prova Sky Q Offer" which prevail over the corresponding provisions of the "General Conditions of Subscription to the Sky Service applicable to Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles valid from 30/08/2021".
