Activation Fee and Installation Cost (One-time):

• For the Subscription with Sky Stream Decoder: Activation Fee of €19 (instead of €99).
• The one-time €99 Activation Fee includes the Service Activation Fee (€80 discounted to €19) and the Sky Smart Profile Activation Fee (€19 discounted to €0).
• Cost for Sky Stream decoder delivery is included (instead of €49).

Deposit: A security deposit may be requested to cover Sky Materials provided on loan, as well as for credit and potential fraud, up to a maximum of €129.

Contract Duration, Minimum Commitment Period in the Sky Smart Offer, and Express Adherence to Sky Smart Offers for the Period Following the Minimum Commitment:

• Contract Duration: 18 months from the date Sky enables Service access, with automatic renewal every 18 months unless cancelled. The right to withdraw from the Contract at any time is preserved.
• Minimum Commitment Period in the Sky Smart Offer: 18 months from the Contract start date. The right to withdraw at any time is preserved, with reimbursement of promotional costs as detailed in the "Withdrawal Costs" section.
• Conditions After Minimum Commitment Expiry: Upon expiry of the minimum commitment, the subscription will automatically switch to Sky Open profile conditions. Customers can choose to cancel the Contract at expiry or renew their Sky Smart Profile adherence under the prevailing terms and conditions at that time, as specified in the "Monthly Subscription Fee" and "Other Costs" sections.

Subscription Fee

The fee for the 18-month subscription can be paid in periodic installments (Subscription Fees). The amounts below represent the monthly subscription fee.

• Entertainment Plus (Sky TV + Netflix):
• For the first 18 months: €19.90/month (instead of €30/month) with Netflix Basic.
• For the first 18 months: €26.89/month (instead of €36.99/month) with Netflix Standard.
• For the first 18 months: €32.89/month (instead of €42.99/month) with Netflix Premium.
• Additional Discount: For the first 18 months, an additional discount of €4/month will be applied to the Sky TV package cost for the Sky Smart Profile. This discount does not contribute to the calculation of discounts to be returned for early termination or package removal.
• Additional Packages:
• Sky Kids: €5/month.
• Sky Calcio: €8/month.
• Sky Sport: €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/month) for the first 18 months.
• Sky Cinema: €10/month (instead of €14/month) for the first 18 months.
• Technological Service: Sky Go has no additional costs beyond the subscription fee for the Sky Service.
• Additional Technological Service: Sky Ultra HD at €5/month.

Conditions after 19th Month: From the 19th month, the subscription automatically applies Sky Open profile conditions and the prevailing list price. Alternatively, customers can renew their Sky Smart Profile adherence under the terms and economic conditions in effect at that time, including a renewal fee as specified in "Other Costs." The available discount for new Sky Smart Profile adherence may vary; customers are advised to verify the applicable discount and any renewal fee before renewing. Visit www.sky.it.

Changes to Offer: Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions, in addition to legal requirements, for justified reasons indicated in the General Conditions. Sky will provide at least 30 days' notice for such changes. Customers may withdraw from the Contract without penalty or deactivation costs.

Early Termination and Package Removal Costs

Early Termination Costs: If you terminate early within the 18-month minimum commitment period for the Sky Smart Profile, you will be required to return the discounts received. The amount due will increase from the first to the fifth month, remain constant from the sixth to the thirteenth month, and decrease from the fourteenth month to zero at the eighteenth month. A table detailing these costs is available at the bottom of the page.

Package Removal Costs: If you remove packages before the minimum commitment period expires, you will be required to return the discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service(s). The cost structure is similar to early termination: increasing from month 1 to 5, constant from month 6 to 13, and decreasing from month 14 to zero at month 18. Renewal Fee: If you renew your Sky Smart Profile adherence, Sky will charge a one-time Renewal Fee of €9.90.

Package Definitions: The packages referred to are Sky Cinema and Sky Sport. Sky Calcio, Entertainment Plus (Netflix), Sky Kids, Sky Ultra HD, and Sky Multiscreen do not contribute to the calculation of received discounts.

Note on Discounts: Customers do not need to return discounts used for activation/installation costs. The discounts mentioned apply only to the initial package combination chosen by the customer. Amounts may change if the customer adds or removes packages during the first 18 months.
