Contract Duration and Minimum Commitment

Contract Duration: 18 months from the date Sky enables service access, with automatic renewal every 18 months unless cancelled. The right to withdraw from the contract is always retained.

Minimum Commitment Period in Sky Smart Offer: 18 months from the contract start date. Withdrawal is possible at any time, with reimbursement of promotional costs as detailed below.

Conditions after Minimum Commitment: After the minimum commitment period, the subscription will automatically switch to Sky Open profile conditions for Sky Glass. Customers can choose to cancel the contract at the end of the term or renew their Sky Smart profile under the prevailing terms and conditions, as specified in the 'Monthly Subscription Fee' and 'Other Costs' sections.

Subscription Fees

The subscription fee must be paid in periodic installments (Subscription Fees). The amounts below represent the monthly subscription fee.

• Entertainment Plus (Sky TV + Netflix) for the first 18 months: €19.90/month (instead of €30/m) with Netflix Basic, or €26.89/month (instead of €36.99/m) with Netflix Standard, or €32.89/month (instead of €42.99/m) with Netflix Premium.
• Sky Sport for the first 18 months: €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/m).
• Sky Calcio: €8/month.

Additional Discounts for the first 18 months: An additional discount of €12.90/month for Sky Sport and €3/month for Sky Calcio is applied to the Sky Smart Profile subscription cost. These specific discounts do not contribute to the calculation of discounts to be reimbursed for early termination or package removal.

Additional Packages: Sky Kids at €5/month and Sky Cinema at €10/month (instead of €14/m) for the first 18 months.

Technological Service: Sky Go has no additional costs beyond the subscription fee.

Further Technological Services: Sky Ultra HD at €5/month and Sky Glass Multiscreen at €9.90/month.

Sky Glass Multiscreen Requirement: Requires the simultaneous purchase of at least one Sky Stream. Sky Stream purchase costs and conditions are available at: https://static.sky.it/images/skyit/pdf/Listino_Sky_Glass.pdf.

Post-18 Month Conditions: From the 19th month, the subscription automatically adopts Sky Open profile conditions and the prevailing list price. Alternatively, customers can renew their Sky Smart profile under current terms, potentially including a renewal fee. Customers are advised to check applicable discounts and renewal fees at www.sky.it before renewing.

Termination of Entertainment Plus: If the Entertainment Plus subscription is terminated, the Sky Glass subscription automatically ceases. Check terms and limitations on sky.it.

Netflix Account Association: If an existing Netflix account is linked, terminating the Sky Glass subscription does not affect the Netflix subscription, which will continue under Netflix's terms.

Early Termination and Package Removal Costs

Early Termination Costs: If terminating before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart Profile, customers must repay discounts received. The amount owed increases from month 1 to month 5, remains constant from month 6 to month 13, and decreases from month 14 to zero at month 18. Package Removal Costs: If a package is removed before the minimum commitment period ends, customers must repay discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service/product. The repayment structure is similar to early termination costs: increasing from month 1 to 5, constant from month 6 to 13, and decreasing to zero by month 18. A table detailing these costs is available at the bottom of the page.

Renewal Fee: If renewing the Sky Smart Profile, Sky will charge a one-time renewal fee of €9.90.

General Conditions: The 'General Subscription Conditions for Sky Glass Service applicable to Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles' are valid from 15/09/2022 and can be found at: https://www.sky.it/info/moduli-contrattuali. Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions with 30 days' notice for justified reasons. Customers can withdraw from the contract without penalties or deactivation fees in such cases.

Sky Glass Purchase Information

Sky Glass is Sky's television.

Sky Glass Purchase Price:

• 43" screen: €399 (instead of €651)
• 55" screen: €599 (instead of €987)
• 65" screen: €823 (instead of €1323)

Payment can be made in a single installment or via installments charged to a credit card. An initial deposit is also required:

• 43" screen deposit: €15 (instead of €79)
• 55" screen deposit: €23 (instead of €79)
• 65" screen deposit: €55 (instead of €79)

Installment Plans:

Plan 1 (48 months):

• 43" screen: €8/month (instead of €11.90/m)
• 55" screen: €12/month (instead of €18.90/m)
• 65" screen: €16/month (instead of €25.90/m)

Plan 2 (12 months):

• 43" screen: €32/month (instead of €47.60/m)
• 55" screen: €48/month (instead of €75.60/m)
• 65" screen: €64/month (instead of €103.60/m)

Late Payment: In case of 3 missed payments (even non-consecutive) for the purchase price, Sky may request the full remaining balance within 30 days of notification.

Financing Option: Sky Glass purchase can be financed through Agos. This is a promotional advertising message. 'European standard information sheet for credit' and contract text are available on the Agos website. Subject to Agos Ducato S.p.A. approval. Sky Italia S.r.l. acts as a non-exclusive credit intermediary.

Recommended Internet Speed: A minimum speed of 10 Mb/s is recommended for HD content (linear/on demand) and 25 Mb/s for 4K/UHD content (linear/on demand). Check terms and limitations on sky.it.
