Contract Duration and Minimum Commitment:

• Contract Duration: 18 months from Sky's service activation, with automatic renewal for subsequent 18-month periods unless cancelled. The right to withdraw from the contract is always retained.
• Minimum Commitment to Sky Smart Offer: 18 months from the contract start date. Withdrawal is possible at any time, with reimbursement of promotional costs as detailed below.
• Conditions after Minimum Commitment: After the 18-month minimum commitment, the subscription will automatically switch to the 'Sky Open' profile conditions for Sky Glass. Customers can choose to cancel the contract at the end of the term or renew their 'Sky Smart' profile under the prevailing terms and conditions.

Subscription Fees

The subscription fee is payable in periodic installments.

Monthly Subscription Fees (First 18 Months):

• Intrattenimento plus (Sky TV + Netflix): €19.90/month (instead of €30/month) with Netflix Basic, or €26.89/month (instead of €36.90/month) with Netflix Standard, or €32.89/month (instead of €42.99/month) with Netflix Premium.
• Sky Sport: €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/month).

Additional Discounts (First 18 Months): An additional €5/month discount on Sky TV and €12.90/month on Sky Sport is applied to the Sky Smart profile subscription. These discounts do not affect the calculation of refunds for early termination or package removal.

Add-on Packages (First 18 Months):

• Sky Kids: €5/month (instead of €7/month)
• Sky Calcio: €8/month (instead of €14/month)
• Sky Cinema: €10/month (instead of €14/month)

Technological Services: Sky Go is included at no extra cost.

Post-18 Month Pricing: From the 19th month, the subscription automatically adopts the 'Sky Open' profile's standard list price. Alternatively, customers can renew the 'Sky Smart' profile at the prevailing terms and conditions, which may include a renewal fee. Customers are advised to check applicable discounts and renewal fees on www.sky.it before renewing.

Cancellation of Intrattenimento plus: If 'Intrattenimento plus' is cancelled, the Sky Glass subscription automatically ceases. Check terms and limitations on sky.it.

Netflix Account Association: If an existing Netflix account is linked, cancelling the Sky Glass subscription does not affect the Netflix subscription, which will continue under Netflix's terms.

Early Termination and Package Removal Costs

Early Termination: If terminating the contract before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart profile, customers must repay the discounts received. The amount due increases from month 1 to month 5, remains constant from month 6 to month 13, and decreases from month 14 to zero at month 18. Package Removal: If packages are removed before the 18-month minimum commitment, customers must repay the discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service(s). The repayment structure is similar to early termination: increasing from month 1 to 5, constant from month 6 to 13, and decreasing to zero by month 18. Renewal Fee: If renewing the 'Sky Smart' profile, a one-time renewal fee of €9.90 applies.

Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions with 30 days' notice for justified reasons. Customers can withdraw without penalty in such cases.
