Activation and Installation Costs (One-time)

For Sky Stream Decoder Subscription:

• Activation Fee: €19 (instead of €99). This includes the Service Activation Fee (€80 discounted to €19) and the Sky Smart Profile Activation Fee (€19 discounted to €0).
• Decoder Delivery Cost: Included (instead of €49).

For Sky Stream Decoder Subscription with Sky Mobile powered by Fastweb:

• Activation Fee: €0 (instead of €99). This includes the Service Activation Fee (€80 discounted to €0) and the Sky Smart Profile Activation Fee (€19 discounted to €0).
• Decoder Delivery Cost: Included (instead of €49).

Deposit

A security deposit may be requested to cover Sky materials provided on loan, and as a guarantee for credit and potential fraud, up to a maximum of €129.

Contract Duration, Minimum Commitment, and Subsequent Adherence

Contract Duration: 18 months from the date Sky enables Service access, with automatic renewal every 18 months unless cancelled. The right to terminate the contract at any time is reserved.

Minimum Commitment Period for Sky Smart Offer: 18 months from the contract start date. The right to terminate at any time with reimbursement of promotional costs is reserved as detailed in the "Early Termination Costs" section.

Conditions after Minimum Commitment Period: After the minimum commitment period, the subscription will automatically switch to Sky Open profile conditions. Customers can choose to cancel the contract or renew their Sky Smart Profile under the prevailing terms and conditions at that time, as detailed in the "Monthly Subscription Fee" and "Other Costs" sections.

Subscription Fee

The subscription fee for the 18-month contract duration can be paid in periodic installments (Monthly Subscription Fees).

Monthly Subscription Fees:

• Sky TV: €14.90/month (instead of €25/month)
• Sky Sport: €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/month) for the first 18 months
• Sky Calcio: €8/month

For the first 18 months, an additional discount of €12.90/month for Sky Sport and €3/month for Sky Calcio will be applied. The discount for Sky Calcio does not count towards calculating reimbursements for early termination or package removal.

Additional Subscribable Packages:

• Sky Kids: €5/month
• Sky Cinema: €10/month (instead of €14/month) for the first 18 months
• Entertainment Plus (Sky TV + Netflix):
• €19.90/month (instead of €30/month) for the first 18 months with Netflix Basic
• €26.89/month (instead of €36.99/month) for the first 18 months with Netflix Standard
• €32.89/month (instead of €42.89/month) for the first 18 months with Netflix Premium

Technological Service: Sky Go has no additional costs beyond the subscription fee.

Additional Technological Service: Sky Ultra HD at €5/month.

From the 19th Month: Subscription automatically converts to Sky Open profile at the prevailing list price. Alternatively, customers can renew the Sky Smart Profile under current terms and conditions, which may include a renewal fee. Please check www.sky.it for applicable discounts and renewal fees before renewing.

If the Entertainment Plus subscription is terminated, the main subscription continues under the prevailing "General Subscription Conditions for Sky Service applicable to Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles" and their economic conditions.

Early Termination and Package Removal Costs

Early Termination: If you terminate the contract before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart Profile, you will be required to reimburse the discounts received. The amount due will increase from the first to the fifth month, remain constant from the sixth to the thirteenth month, and decrease from the fourteenth month to zero at the eighteenth month. A table detailing these costs is available at the bottom of the page.

Package Removal: If you remove a package before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart Profile, you will be required to reimburse the discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service(s). The reimbursement structure is similar to early termination: increasing from month 1 to 5, constant from month 6 to 13, and decreasing from month 14 to zero at month 18. Renewal Fee: If you renew your Sky Smart Profile subscription, a one-time renewal fee of €9.90 will apply.

Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions, with at least 30 days' notice, for justified reasons as per the General Subscription Conditions. Customers may terminate the contract without penalty or deactivation costs in such cases.

Packages refer to: Sky Cinema and Sky Sport. Sky Calcio, Entertainment Plus (Netflix), Sky Kids, Sky Ultra HD, and Sky Multiscreen are not included in the discount calculation.

Customers are not required to reimburse discounts used for activation/installation costs.

The discounts shown apply only to the combination chosen at the time of subscription. Amounts may change if the customer adds or removes packages during the first 18 months.
