Contract Duration and Minimum Commitment: 18 months from the date Sky enables the Sky Service, with automatic renewal every 18 months unless cancelled. The right to withdraw from the contract at any time is maintained.

Minimum Commitment to Sky Smart Offer: 18 months from the contract start date. The right to withdraw at any time is maintained, with reimbursement of promotional costs used as specified under "Withdrawal Costs".

Conditions after Minimum Commitment: After the minimum commitment period, the subscription will automatically switch to Sky Open profile conditions for Sky Glass. Customers can cancel the contract at the end of the term or renew their Sky Smart profile subscription under the prevailing terms and conditions, including a renewal fee as specified under "Other Costs". The available discount may vary, and customers are advised to check their applicable discount and any renewal fee before renewing by visiting www.sky.it.

Subscription Fee: The subscription fee for the 18-month subscription is paid in periodic installments (Subscription Fees). The monthly subscription fees are as follows:

• Intrattenimento plus (Sky TV + Netflix) for the first 18 months: €19.90/month (instead of €30/m) with Netflix Basic, or €26.89/month (instead of €36.99/m) with Netflix Standard, or €32.89/month (instead of €42.99/m) with Netflix Premium.
• + Sky Cinema for €10/month for the first 18 months (instead of €14/m).

Additional Discounts: For the first 18 months, an additional discount of €5/m for the Sky TV package and €5/m for the Sky Cinema package will be applied to the Sky Smart profile subscription cost. These discounts do not count towards the calculation of discounts to be returned for early termination or package removal.

Additional Packages: Sky Kids at €5/month, Sky Sport at €22.90/month (instead of €26.90/m) for the first 18 months, and Sky Calcio at €8/month.

Technological Service: Sky Go has no additional costs beyond the Sky Service subscription fee.

Further Technological Services: Sky Ultra HD at €5/month and Sky Glass Multiscreen at €9.90/month. Subscribing to Sky Glass Multiscreen requires the simultaneous purchase of at least one Sky Stream. Post-18 Month Conditions: From the 19th month, the subscription will automatically apply the conditions of the Sky Open profile and the prevailing list price at that date. Alternatively, customers can renew their Sky Smart profile subscription under the prevailing terms and conditions, including a renewal fee as specified under "Other Costs". Customers are advised to check www.sky.it for applicable discounts and renewal fees.

Intrattenimento Plus Cessation: If the Intrattenimento Plus subscription is terminated, the Sky Service subscription for Sky Glass will automatically cease. Check sky.it for offer conditions and limitations.

Netflix Account Association: If an existing Netflix account is associated, withdrawing from the Sky for Sky Glass subscription does not terminate the Netflix subscription, which will continue under the terms agreed with Netflix.

Early Termination and Package Removal Costs

Early Termination Costs: In case of early termination before the 18-month minimum commitment for the Sky Smart Profile, customers must return the discounts received. The amount due will increase from the first to the fifth month of the minimum commitment, remain constant from the sixth to the thirteenth month, and decrease from the fourteenth month to zero at the eighteenth month. A table detailing these costs is available at the bottom of the page.

Package Removal Costs: If a package is removed before the minimum commitment period for the Sky Smart Profile expires, customers must return the discounts received for the removed package(s) or optional service/product. The cost structure is similar to early termination: increasing from month 1 to 5, constant from month 6 to 13, and decreasing from month 14 to zero at month 18. Sky Smart Profile Renewal: If renewing the Sky Smart Profile subscription, Sky will charge a one-time renewal fee of €9.90.

General Conditions: The "General Conditions of Subscription to the Sky Service for Sky Glass applicable to Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles" are valid from 15/09/2022 and can be consulted at: https://www.sky.it/info/moduli-contrattuali. Sky reserves the right to modify economic and contractual conditions, as permitted by law or for justified reasons indicated in the General Conditions. Customers will be informed at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect and may withdraw from the contract without penalty.

Sky Glass Purchase Costs

Sky Glass is Sky's TV. The purchase cost for Sky Glass 43"/55"/65" is €399/€599/€823 respectively (instead of €651/€987/€1323). This can be paid in a single installment or in installments via credit card, plus a down payment of €15/€23/€55 (instead of €79/€79/€79).

Payment Plans:

• 43" Screen: €8/month for 48 months (instead of €11.90/m)
• 55" Screen: €12/month for 48 months (instead of €18.90/m)
• 65" Screen: €16/month for 48 months (instead of €25.90/m)

Alternative 12-Month Plans:

• 43" Screen: €32/month for 12 months (instead of €47.60/m)
• 55" Screen: €48/month for 12 months (instead of €75.60/m)
• 65" Screen: €64/month for 12 months (instead of €103.60/m)

Non-Payment Clause: In case of non-payment of 3 installments (even non-consecutive) of the Purchase Cost, Sky may request the full remaining balance within 30 days of notification. Alternatively, Sky Glass purchase can be financed through Agos. This is a promotional advertising message. "European Consumer Credit Information Form" and contract text are available on the Agos website. Subject to Agos Ducato S.p.A. approval. Sky Italia S.r.l. acts as a non-exclusive credit intermediary.

Technical Requirements

For Sky Glass, a minimum internet speed of 10 Mb/s is recommended for HD content (linear/on demand) and 25 Mb/s for 4K/UHD content (linear/on demand). Check sky.it for offer conditions and limitations.
