Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Prepare panels 6 and 4.
Insert cam bolts (A2) into the pre-drilled holes on panels 6 and 4. Insert dowels (B) into corresponding holes. Attach cam locks (A1) to panel 4. Secure panels 6 and 4 together using the cam locks (A1) and cam bolts (A2), ensuring they are tightened.
Hardware used: A1 (x4), A2 (x4), B (x4), J (x4)
Step 2
Attach panel 9 to panel 4 and panel 11 to panel 6.
Connect panel 9 to panel 4 and panel 11 to panel 6 using cam bolts (A2), dowels (B), and cam locks (A1). Ensure the structure is stable.
Hardware used: A1 (x4), A2 (x4), B (x6), J (x4)
Step 3
Prepare panels 3 and 5.
Insert cam bolts (A2) into panels 3 and 5. Insert dowels (B) into corresponding holes. Attach cam locks (A1) to panel 3. Secure panels 3 and 5 together using the cam locks (A1) and cam bolts (A2).
Hardware used: A1 (x4), A2 (x4), B (x4)
Step 4
Attach panel 8 to panel 3 and panel 10 to panel 5.
Connect panel 8 to panel 3 and panel 10 to panel 5 using cam bolts (A2), dowels (B), and cam locks (A1). This forms the side leg structures.
Hardware used: A1 (x4), A2 (x4), B (x6), J (x4)
Step 5
Connect the side leg structures to the main tabletop frame.
Attach the assembled side structure (panels 3, 8, 5, 10) to the main frame (panels 6, 7, 11, 4, 9) using cam bolts (A2) and cam locks (A1). Ensure the structure is aligned.
Hardware used: A1 (x8), A2 (x8), J (x8)
Step 6
Complete the main frame assembly.
Attach the remaining side structure to the main frame using cam bolts (A2) and cam locks (A1). This step completes the basic table structure.
Hardware used: A1 (x16), A2 (x16), J (x16)
Step 7
Assemble the extension mechanism supports.
Attach panel 15 to panels 13 and 14 using screws (D).
Hardware used: D (x4)
Step 8
Continue assembling the extension mechanism.
Attach panel 12 to the structure from Step 7 using screws (B) and (D).
Hardware used: B (x4), D (x6)
Step 9
Install the extension runners and related hardware.
Attach the extension runners (H1, H2) to the side panels (3, 8, 5, 10) using screws (C). Install brackets (F1, F2) and other components (E1, E2) as shown in the diagram. Secure with screws (C) and other hardware.
Hardware used: C (x24), E (x3), E1, E2 (x12), F (x2), F1, F2 (x8), H1, H2 (x1)
Step 10
Prepare the extension leaves.
Attach components (C, E, F) to the extension leaves (16) as shown. This prepares the leaves for insertion into the runners.
Hardware used: C (x8), E (x3), E1, E2 (x12), F (x2), F1, F2 (x8)
Step 11
Insert extension leaves into the runners.
Slide the extension leaves (16) into the installed runners (H1, H2) on the table frame. Ensure they move smoothly. Secure with screws (G) and pins (I).
Hardware used: G (x2), I (x4)
Step 12
Extend the table.
The diagram shows the table in an extended state. The extension leaves (16) are now in place.
Step 13
Operating the extension mechanism.
The diagram indicates how to extend and retract the table. It mentions 'First open F1 and F2!' and 'Second take out the 16!'. This refers to unlocking/securing the extension mechanism.
Step 14
Table in 'Off state' (Closed).
The diagram shows the table in its closed or retracted state.
